Great veggie sub. I would prefer hot pepper relish to the options of raw jalapeños and a variety of hot sauces in packets, but the sub was delicious. All the ingredients were tasty and I liked the selection of ingredients like caramelized onions and grilled bell peppers. I asked for it as it is listed on the menu, no changes or substitutions, and i would get it again. Absolutely love Firehouse Subs. As a former volunteer firefighter who did 20 years of service in New York, everytime I come to these shops I'm reminded of just how wonderful those times were. My go-to is The Italian and a close second is the ol' reliable Hook and Ladder. Staff is always on point and professional. I wish there were more of these in New York (the one I used to go to closed awhile ago). Glad to have this place around for a good lunch.
