Great veggie sub. I would prefer hot pepper relish to the options of raw jalapeños and a variety of hot sauces in packets, but the sub was delicious. All the ingredients were tasty and I liked the selection of ingredients like caramelized onions and grilled bell peppers. I asked for it as it is listed on the menu, no changes or substitutions, and i would get it again. The hot sauce selection was pretty good.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub with grilled veggies and cheese. You can skip the cheese and adjust the sauce for a vegan version. The whole wheat bun was fine. The bun is not toasted and it's kind of soft, not rough or rough, and the sub ingredients are grilled.Parking: There's a row of spots right by the door and lots more beyond that.

Absolutely love Firehouse Subs. As a former volunteer firefighter who did 20 years of service in New York, everytime I come to these shops I'm reminded of just how wonderful those times were. My go-to is The Italian and a close second is the ol' reliable Hook and Ladder. Staff is always on point and professional. I wish there were more of these in New York (the one I used to go to closed awhile ago). Glad to have this place around for a good lunch.

Firehouse subs are usually very goodThis location was very standard firehouseThe veggie sandwich still had lot of water from the steaming procesa that made the berad bit soggy.And there was no sauce or other condiments available.Still the sandwich was goodVegetarian options: 1 veggie sandwich available in menu and is good

I always enjoy the sandwiches at Firehouse - warm and flavorful. Hooks and ladder is always my go to. I didn't want to write as a negative, as this may not be in they're control. Please talk to your Coca-Cola rep about your Freestyle Coke machine. I'm a Coke Zero drinker and everytime I fill up a cup at your machine - I sip and then have to pour it out. It tastes awful! There is something wrong with the mix or something. Please have it checked.

Meh. I should have never come back. I’ve avoided this place for years since my first experience. I decided to give it another go after my kid raves about Firehouse so much. I’m a steak and cheese guy. I have one major rule. You ALWAYS toast the roll. Period. I should have walked away when I saw mustard came on the steak and cheese here. I didn’t. I powered through and ordered one. I got no mustard, no green peppers and added LTM to go along with the so called caramelized onions for my sub. It should most certainly be called Firehouse Sandwiches because who cuts a sub roll completely in half??? I don’t want a sandwich. I want a sub. The bread was good but their version of “toasted” must not use a toaster because it was soft like wonder bread. Mine had mustard on it even though I said no mustard. The meat was ok as it’s keep in a warming tray. I finished it because I was hungry. I will not be going back to Firehouse again. Just not my type. This location had great service. It was clean etc. they are a little slow but other than that it was ok. To each his own.

We love this place! I do have to leave. Great review, because this was the friendliest and fastest service we’ve ever had! We were helped by David, who got our very customized order spot on! He even walked over to us with our takeout bag. Awesome food for dinner tonight…right along with awesome assistance!

I know inflation has hit everything but $16 for a medium (but is small with little meat) combo? The brisket sandwich had zero veg, just a bit of meat, and a small sub size, bland. Combo is just chips and a drink, and this costed $16? No wonder this place was completely dead when I was here. Not worth the $$$ at all
