When compared to surrounding IHOP's Chantilly Metrotech IHOP is 5 stars. They are 4 stars if not comparing. Closes Ihop to me that is 24 hrs. The other Ihop's that are closer are not 24 hrs. Service is not the greatest but is the greatest compared to the other's. Dulles IHOP off of Loudoun County Parkway is trash. Service was trash. Walked in there and little trash cans visible to the customer were over flowing. They had tables not bus down with customers eating near. Not going...read full review
breakfast sample ($14.99 + $4 waffle sub & hot chocolate $4) was good although overpriced. service was okay; more focused on picking up the bill than empty plates & glasses. spent $29 total.

It was a new atmosphere because it was a bit different from other branches. Ordered 2 omelettes and a salad. The salad was really fresh and good, and the two omelettes were just right for me in taste and quantity.
