Super late craving for this pregnant mama! And the chantilly location on Metrotech closed an hour early! So I called this location and told them my situation and oh my gosh I will never go to any other firehouse! They were so nice. We got here In about 10 minutes and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a perfect smile and “welcome to firehouse” they were soooo nice. Especially Fernando! He deserves a raise or something really special. He was so personable and understanding....read full review
The new staff is subpar. They never say “welcome to Forehouse or even attempt to greet you when you walk in since the last mgr left. I just picked up another order. After no greeting I was asked “you have a pickup?” Me “yes my name”.’he hands me the bag. The end.
