This business is a scam on Uber Eats. They offer a free item with a $20.00 purchase, and then don't deliver the free item. You can't ask for a refund because it was a free item. But there's no way I would buy their over-priced food without the free item offer.

Not enough meat cause they weigh the meat and they didn't put enough cranberry sauce and meat. Thank you, but I will not be returning.

Super late craving for this pregnant mama! And the chantilly location on Metrotech closed an hour early! So I called this location and told them my situation and oh my gosh I will never go to any other firehouse! They were so nice. We got here In about 10 minutes and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a perfect smile and “welcome to firehouse” they were soooo nice. Especially Fernando! He deserves a raise or something really special. He was so personable and understanding. It was like talking to a friend! Our card wasn’t working and he was so patient with us and helped us out. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at firehouse.
If I folded the pickle and half, it would be as thick as the sub. My three year old could eat two of those. A small drink, a bag of chips and a sub that is as long as my pinky, literally cost $13. This is my third bad experience at Fire House Subs. I will not be going back. I just like subway, but I would rather have that. If you're in the area find another place definitely not worth the money and you'll still be hungry On the plus side, the service was good.

If you value customer service I'd choose somewhere else to eat. Apparently they won't toast any subs if it's too close to closing time. It's almost like that's part of the job? Seems like employee convenience trumps customer experience these days. Disappointing.

So, I asked if they do a military discount.I was told by the person taking my order. That tou have to be in uniform.I explain that some of us work in suits and that's the uniform and no exceptions. So, my issue is. If you have or do not have a military discount,no worries. But, not having the common sense to realize the reality of the specific situation of military personnel working in plain clothes, it's ridiculous. Why even bother having a military discount if you're discriminating against the personnel not in uniform.Pretty F'en stupid in my opinion.I definitely will not be a patron of this specific location...

Food is great but the employees at the location are absolute brainlets. I order a large meal and they just give me a large sandwich and then refuse to give me the full meal, charging me for just the sandwich. Take your money to another firehouse and save the effort of dealing with morons.
