Found this place when I went to the market. Simple menu. But, too many good choices. It was a very cold day. So, I went with the Chicken Pho my It's one of the best of I've had in the area. Beautiful presentation, excellent broth, lots of noodles, thinly sliced chicken, lots of scallion, and just all around goodness. I asked for no bean sprouts. I recently searched for a good Pho restaurant in the Fair Lakes area and stumbled upon this one. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We started with TD Signature Rolls for our appetizer and then ordered the Pho Tho Da for our main course. The Stone Bowl Pho (Pho Tho Da) was particularly delicious on a cold and windy day, as it could keep its hot temperature longer than traditional bowls.
