Definitely go here, 10/10 food (don’t base this off of me, try it yourself, I’m only a kid after all) my family loves coming, the bahn mi is amazing, and my siblings + parents say the pho is good (I personally don’t like pho) the staff is very friendly and accommodating (I think that’s the word)
In my opinion, this is one of the best pho places in Northern VA, and it tastes very close to authentic pho in Vietnam. The broth is very clear and flavorful, with a rich umami taste. Besides its unique stone bowl pho, I highly recommend the Ginger Rare Steak Pho, and you can order extra beef if you want more protein.
I’ve had their food twice and I was happy each time. Their pho’s portion size was perfect, not too much, and not too little. I always make sure to get their fried egg rolls too- I’m sad they only serve two per order, but I’d definitely still recommend it regardless. The ambience was lovely as well; there are houseplants surrounding the dining area so it felt very welcoming in addition to the service they offer.
