“I ordered delivery for myself and my kiddo's dinner tonight and my sandwich was incorrect (everything else was fine). I filled out the customer survey on the receipt and within MINUTES I got an email about a full refund! I would have been happy with maybe just a free sandwich coupon, but you all went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you!“
