“I am a busy single mom and NEVER leave reviews but The Deli is a place everyone should know about. I had the opportunity to try the subs on March 5th 2026. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a smell that made my mouth water!! I picked up 2 full subs and a side of the Mac salad. I did not watch the subs being prepared and was soooo impressed when I got home with them!! My teenage son and I could barely finish one sub!!!! The authenticity of the bread, meats, toppings, and dressing were top notch. Absolutely THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! The quality and quantity is worth every penny!! THANK YOU from my family to yours!! We will be seeing you again...sooner than later!!!“

Even though it was completely my mistake, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to make me a new sandwich and wouldn’t even let me pay for it, despite my insisting. That level of generosity was truly appreciated. The restaurant itself is also very clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.“

“The customer service here at the Dulles Town center location is absolutely perfect. Anna and Isabella are amazing and always make me feel at home with them. Anna always makes my chicken sandwich so roggt and perfect. The entire crew here at Dulles Town center is on point, professional, friendly, courteous, and just downright amazing on a daily basis. “This four-star rating is based primarily on the hard-working staff, and their attention to detail. But I’d give corporate and local ownership a one-star rating for their “modernization” which lead to a factory-feel, assembly-line approach to customer service. Removal of the large menus and replacing human interaction with four large self-service monitors, leaves one feeling like a robot expecting 3D printed sandwiches. I realize this is probably cheaper in the long run, but it feels cheaper too, with a diminished sense of customer value. I also realize the digital age has turned many people into zombies who would rather not communicate with the staff, but those people can continue to place their digital orders via phone, as usual. The last thing I want to do is touch some dirty monitor that’s been handled by the “zombies” before me, right before the consumption of finger foods. Considering Purcellville has many other great lunch places, I don’t foresee being a continued local Subway customer.“
