Anyone who’s complaining about the portions of the meat need to know that every Jimmy John’s does around 65 grams of meat for every portion, and this has never decreased since the very start of the franchise.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich because I was in a rush and had to go back to get the correct one. Even though it was completely my mistake, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to make me a new sandwich and wouldn’t even let me pay for it, despite my insisting. That level of generosity was truly appreciated. The restaurant itself is also very clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
