“Telma and Alka are amazing they are so kind, they are very sweet, everytime I got in there with or without my boyfriend they already know what I like. The places is always clean and they never disappoint with the conversations. Genuinely a really nice place to eat at and a great work environment. They seem to value their customers and you don’t get that with a lot of places. These two women are the only two I see working at this location and are so hardworking if I could give them a raise I would. Happy with my service and the location 😆“

“The Latino guy there was extremely rude and racist to me and said he blames me for always owing money and doing the same thing. The Asian manager didn’t want to give me my food and money back for an up-charge since I always buy with my mall employee discount. Terrible service, and next time they better treat their customers with respect. Never going back there again.“

“We went here for the first time today (Sunday Feb 9), trying to harness some good juju for an Eagles victory in the Superbowl. I had the Old School, my wife and daughter had wings, and my son had boneless wings. My daughter had the watermelon strawberry lemonade which was very good and both the kids had an ice cream cone. I have to say the cheesesteak was one of the best I have had in the area. Bread was soft and the meat was tender. The Old School has wiz for the cheese. The ladies said the wings were good as well, but I didn't try them. I certainly will go come here again. Parking was easy and the place seems pretty new. There were spaces to sit if you were to dine in as well. Keep up the good work!“

“Stopped in for a quick bite after a long morning at Butler's Orchard. Great service, sandwiches were delicious, and it was prepared quickly. There is a cute little outside seating area.

Note: this is not a full-service restaurant where you sit down and you are served, this is a counter where you order what you want and then you can sit down and eat there or you can take it to go. Located on the side of an office building. Great spot for quick in and out.“

“I go here almost religiously for lunch everyday. The food, prepared with dedication and a smile. The service is very good. The people who work here, are amazing and actually care about clients and the service they provide, it's top tier service for fast food service. This one time they burned the bread and the service around them burning bread was impeccable, outstanding! They took the time to let me know what the bread situation was, let me look at the bread, feel the bread and decide if I wanted the use the burnt bread or if I wanted a wrap to substitute for something that was a mistake on their part. Above and beyond customer service. Every where there's customer service should be like this!

“Made a mobile order for lunch. The parking was quite confusing, so could not find any parking for just picking up. When arrived after the time of promise, my order was waiting on the pickup shelves. The foot long outlaws sandwich was well prepared as expected. Its steak and cheese were still warm and juicy. All ingredients were present. The decoration looked up to date. Did not interact with any staff.“

“Went in after work on a monday, and the place was remarkably clean, the staff were quick, kind and very attentive. I ordered a #2 and they double checked with me about what was on it, and asked if there was anything I wanted to add to it. I waited maybe 5 minutes behind 3 people, and the whole sandwich and checkout process was maybe 3 minutes. The sub was tasty, and I left feeling really satisfied with the whole thing. “It was my birthday recently and after running a few errands I remembered that Jersey Mike’s always gives me a complimentary sub each year. However, my birthday is now past and I didn’t have any success finding my digital coupon before my birthday when I last remembered. I walked into the Shady Grove location not know what to expect. I explained my story to the manager on duty and, before I finished explaining, she said, “I could just make you a Birthday sub”….I paused for a second and then said thank you. I wasn’t used to people just believing me on my word. I felt like this was excellent customer service, it made me feel like coming back more. Then, when I came back to pick up my order, she said, “Enjoy your birthday sub sir.” I will definitely be back. Very refreshing to get this type of customer service“
