I was here a while back and decided I wouldn’t return. The place was dirty and the staff was rude. I stopped in tonight when we were tight on time and I’m happy to report it’s really turned around. The staff were friendly and the sitting area was clean. The food is what you’d expect for Jersey Mike’s.Anyway, I just wanted to let the management and team know that what you’re doing is working and makes a difference to us customers. Keep it up!

I'm a recent transplant from Canada and I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before, let alone a sandwich shop besides Subway. The moment I came inside on a gloomy Monday morning, I was greeted by this friendly dude who is so enthusiastic about his job. He's so informative about sandwiches I felt I was in an actual restaurant and not just a sub chain. The menu board looks a bit sophisticated. One day as I was getting trying to get a haircut at Hair Cuttery, I stumbled upon Jersey Mike's. I was curious to see what was in there, so I went inside because it was my first time. I was greeted by a handsome young guy (Dylan I believe?) who seems so energetic and full of life. I told him it was my first time, and he welcomed me and greeted me warmly. He asked "what would you like?" and recommended me the Club Supreme which was turkey, roast beef, and swiss cheese with bacon....read full review
