Wings are meh. Sauces are good. Wings are not so big anymore. Service is pretty horrible. Sooo slow. Even when you call in, your order is never ready on time. Now you only get to choose fries or veggie sticks. Fries are always soggy. I really hate the sugar on them. Stop it with the sugar!

I was waiting for at least 30 minutes for my food. The worker there, a young lady forgot to call our order because she was on her phone the whole time. I was starting to get frustrated and impatient due to the fact that my food was getting called. What I had to do was get up and get her attention and tell her if my food was done. When I grabbed her attention she was like, " Oh i'm sorry I forgot." Once again beyond disappointed with the service I experienced today.

Don't normally have any problems with this location but today was ridiculous. I had ordered take-out at 2:10 and when I arrived at the location around 2:30, I had to wait another 20 minutes. Turns out my order had been prepared sometime during my wait but the lady in the front was too preoccupied with chit chatting that she didn't call for my name until 2:50. I had to wait 40 minutes for an online order with my food coming out cold despite waiting at the store for it come out...read full review
