I went there for lunch after church and during the power outage today, the staff remained calm and professional and even kept the coffee and pastries flowing! “This is a hidden gem. I don't think people are aware that breakfast and lunch options are so extensive. There's even a great Bulgogi dish. I stopped in with low expectations because it's in an industrial park by an emergency animal hospital (the reason I was nearby) and this place is great. Easy parking, tables, TV, huge breakfast, lunch and beverage menus. The prices are much lower than other places. Ann was there working too.
The matcha latte and chai latte were both very good. The bulgogi was awesome and I ordered a grilled chicken wrap too. A great brunch spot hidden here“

“AMAZING !!If I could give then 10 stars I would. I ordered the chipotle chicken bacon affordable,fresh ingredients , and delicious delicious. On the uber app it didn’t give me an option to add avocado so I put it in the notes and they delivered. I even got a complimentary sweet lol. This is my second time ordering from them and I’ll continue to do so

“I'm not sure how, but this is the best breakfast in Frederick, all things considered.
Maybe you can get something more fancy, maybe you can find something cheaper, but you won't find anything this high quality for such a great price.
From now on, I will only ever eat breakfast here when I am in town.“

“its a hole in the wall cafe within a business plex, but oh my goodness are they terrific! Food is a little on higher side price wise, but wow, the ingredients are so fresh! It really doesn't get any better for take out. And the service is very good as well! Will definitely be back!“

“This Panera in Urbana is spacious, modern, clean, and well organized. It’s easy to find a table and the restrooms are always well maintained.
We often come here for dinner on nights when I don’t feel like cooking or dealing with dishes. It’s also a great place to meet a friend for coffee or lunch. I’ve never seen it overly busy, which makes it a relaxed spot to sit for a while.
The tablet ordering stations can feel a little off-putting, so sometimes I skip them and go straight to the counter. The staff are always happy to help if you prefer ordering that way.
Overall, the food is good and it’s a reliable place in Urbana for a quick meal or coffee.“

“Huge huge shout-out to the General Manager of this store. Our online account was hacked and somebody tried to do a pickup order from this location under my wife's name. The GM noticed that the situation seemed off and did not give the order to the gentleman and then called to let us know what was going on and refunded the fraudulent order and showed us how to reset everything so this wouldn't happen again! Absolutely outstanding and shows so much for how the top of the store runs this business!!!“

“Great breakfast location! I’m borderline addicted to their breakfast sandwiches! I get the bacon, egg, and cheese on white bread sandwich and it is super filling, always fresh/hot, and they don’t take long to make it! The service is fast and friendly. “We had placed an order for our daughter’s birthday cake for a pick up on Thursday the 11th but due to the inclement weather, we decided to move things up to Wednesday. I reached out Tuesday after hours and got a prompt reply. On Wednesday we were able to pick up the birthday girl’s cake and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were A pleasure to work with.“
