“🙂First time there this morning. Had a regular coffee and an egg sandwich, both excellent. The pleasant atmosphere in the various dining areas is so peaceful, I almost didn't see others enjoying their coffee! Great place for a quiet dining experience.“

“NOT family friendly! We were rudely asked to bring the kids table inside when our grandkids were sitting at it. Joe was condescending and emphasized he didn't want us there all day! When I went back in to clarify what he was trying to convey he said he wanted the kids table inside. There were NO other children needing the table and they do not have any high chairs. This coffee shop is obviously NOT about the family. Joe was rude and was very annoyed with our family. It was obvious to us that kids and family were not welcome!! Very upsetting!! We will NOT be going back and will warn other families about this place.“

“I was just at Panera having breakfast. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese. I go to pick up my order and they tell me they are out of plain cream cheese and would i like onion and chive, strawberry or honey walnut. You know how it is when you have your mind set on something nothing else will do?! The manager saw my distress, went into the kitchen and brought me a full size cream cheese. She said they should have told you that up front, so please use what you want and take the rest home to enjoy. This is MY Panera from now on! It may not be the closest but they have my business forever!“

“Had my birthday here. It was just lovely. The staff took really great care of us, and the owner shares my heart for beautiful event design. We used the party room and it was stunning when we arrived! The food was amazing and all my guests enjoyed rose, tea, pastries, and cake! Would HIGHLY recommend for special occasions of all ages! You wont have to lift a finger for a stunning event!“

Johnathan, the manager was so friendly and so welcoming and very nice.
The coffee was exceptionally good, I had the western omelette and my husband had the breakfast sandwich.
The home fried potatoes were spectacular.
Will definitely be back on a regular basis!“

“Recently, I visited Inova with my parents, and while there were many positive aspects, I encountered some issues that I believe could use improvement. All the doctors I interacted with were outstanding—especially Dr. Anjali Chandra, who truly stands out for her exceptional care. I have nothing but praise for the medical staff. However, some of the other services need attention. Unfortunately, a few of the customer care representatives were quite rude. In a hospital environment, a welcoming attitude and a smile can make a big difference, especially when dealing with patients and their families during difficult times. Additionally, I encountered issues in the lab. My mother relies on a hearing aid and doesn’t speak English, so I needed to be close to her to help translate and explain. Despite explaining this, the lab assistant asked me to wait outside, which made the situation uncomfortable. The hallway was narrow, and I felt awkward waiting as people had to navigate around me. I hope Inova administration reads this feedback because these areas could benefit from improvement. With better training and stricter oversight of non-medical staff, I believe the patient experience could be significantly enhanced. I would be more than happy to contribute ideas to help improve patient services!“
