“Stopped by Dana’s Cake Shoppe in the Village at Leesburg and tried the Marble Nutella cupcake. It was absolutely delicious. Perfectly soft cake with just the right amount of sweetness, and the Nutella flavor really came through without being overpowering. It completely hit the spot when I needed a sweet treat. “My friend recommended this place so we gave it a try. Now we are fans too. We loved all of the flavors we got. Especially the sour cherry pie and blackberry pie. We followed the GPS and it was hard to turn and park into the parking lot. They have 6 parking spots in the front of the shop but because the shop itself is so small the customers have to just stop by and grab their order to go. The service was very efficient because it was quick to get what we want and go. One thing I felt today was that they are popular and busy so I was kind of getting too close to the others who were already there in the shop before me. There simply isn’t enough room inside to take your time to decide what you want when people keep coming and going. You kind of have to already know what you want. We didn’t really know how small it was inside since it was our first time so we weren’t prepared. The door is heavy so be ready for that, but they do have a sign on the door saying that. We will definitely go back and try some more selections there and be better prepared to order what we want.“

“We have been coming to Loudoun county for softball tournaments a few times the last month, every time we come by it was just the wrong time, well we got off early today and got to stop in! Cute little shop! Friendly staff!! And the apple crisp is wonderful!!! We stopped at another stand before here and stocked up on produce but their produce looked absolutely wonderful and clean! Highly recommend and we will be sure to stop in every time we’re up that way!“

“Everything I’ve had from here is delicious. They did an excellent job with the Mario Cake in the pictures. The place is always neat and clean. I have no complaints. As far as customer service goes, I always go in and grab what I need, pay and leave. Not sure why people can’t just complete a transaction without making a production out of it. “A little tucked away spot that has tasty breakfast sandwiches. Several bread options. I had rye and my wife had the ciabatta. I think ciabatta is the most popular. It looked really good. A few tables and everything comes in "to go" bags. Very nice people too.“

“I’m so glad we’ve had Paris Baguette in the neighborhood for a few months now. It’s been such a treat having them just around the corner. I love their holiday specials and their point program, and honestly, their bakery style kind of reminds me of my time in Japan. It’s got this cool mix of European and Asian influences that I really enjoy. For now, a warm drink and pastry is my go-to, but I can’t wait to try one of their cakes for a special occasion.“

Johnathan, the manager was so friendly and so welcoming and very nice.
The coffee was exceptionally good, I had the western omelette and my husband had the breakfast sandwich.
The home fried potatoes were spectacular.

“One of the best CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I have had in quite some time. I needed some cupcakes for an after church function. I’m running late. This BAKERY EMPLOYEE Zuhal Celik ! Unbelievably in about 5 minutes put together about a dozen cupcakes places nicely in a proper box!

She was very nice, very humble and it just makes me as a customer WANT TO GO BACK to the bakery (even though my diet doesn’t allow for it, I am the famed Coach & Basketball Trainer Coach Alex with Blockchain Basketball!!)

But, from just simple KINDNESS and going ABOVE & BEYOND…this is the Customer Service that YSED to exist but is lacking now in most grocery stores, retail, etc.
