“I wanted to share an observation about my purchase this morning. When I paid, the total came to $12, which seemed a little strange to me, so I decided to check the receipt.

When I looked it over, I noticed that I had been charged $3 for a cheese roll, which I never purchased. The item I actually bought cost $1.65.

I never had this kind of issue with the previous management, so I thought it was important to bring it to your attention. I’m not saying this with any bad intentions, but rather to encourage everyone to be more careful and double-check the items being entered into the register before charging customers.

Likewise, as customers, it’s important to ask for our receipts and review them before leaving the establishment to make sure everything is correct.“

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“
