The pistachio gelato with caramel and chocolate on the bottom is especially popular, reminiscent of gelato in Italy. The staff, including knowledgeable members like Mauri, are great at making recommendations, such as the pistachio and cuor di cacao flavors. The assistant manager, Ms. Fuleuor, was also noted for being especially helpful, careful, patient, and kind, making visits more enjoyable. Overall, the staff's kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness make Venchi a delightful place to indulge in delicious gelato and chocolates.
