There's quite a large selection of chocolates here and some are plant-based as well. The chocolate is pretty good from Venchi. You can order a lot more online as well. “The signature crepe cake was quite good, one of the best I've had. Very nice texture, perfect amount of sweetness for me (not overly sweet). I expect the price here to be higher due to its location in Tyson's galleria and the crepe cakes being more labor intensive, but I still thought the $11.50 price was too high for the portion size. Recommend if you are already in the mall and don't mind the higher price. Would probably pass otherwise.“

“Literally the best coffee I’ve ever had. I normally order the caramel macchiato from Starbucks but this tops it by far. The service was excellent, staff was so friendly and got my coffee pretty quickly. I also love the ambiance & the atmosphere. I can tell they are very intentional with the details down to the coffee!“

We also grabbed their huge soft pretzel (yum) and their curry spread (double yum). Whether you go sweet or savory, you can’t go wrong. Love this bakery!“

“Bisnonna provided the most beautiful and delicious assortment of Italian desserts for our wedding. I loved them, and our guests raved about them, especially the pistachio cannoli and Italian rainbow cookies. I had a specific vision in mind of a table overflowing with gorgeous Italian cookies and Bisnonna helped us achieve that, even with our venue being outside their delivery range, by helping us with packaging and transport consultation. I'm obsessed with the results and can't wait to come back and order desserts here on the regular!

“Had to stop by the CVS next door with my wife to pick up a prescription and saw this bakery. I knew I wasn't leaving without at least trying a pretzel.We ended up getting the pretzel dog, an "everything" pretzel, the pub cheese dip, and a basil lemonade. Everything was delicious - and it was actually a pretzel, not the fake stuff that pretends to be pretzels in the mall.The young lady working the counter was very courteous and helpful and handled the order perfectly.I will have to try the other couple of things on the menu (I'm intrigued by that calzone) but the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the menu was a bit limited. Based on what I tasted, I'm sure they could knock a couple other options out of the park!For me, personally, the two best things other than a good pretzel dog:1. Basil lemonade - I love mint/basil lemonade and you can usually only find them in middle eastern / Mediterranean places.2. They had the Beach Boys' "Wild Honey" album on the wall - the album that birthed lo-fi.“

“My go-to for cookies here and in Los Angeles. The cookies make great food gifts, especially for people not from the East Coast. While the cookies themselves are delicious, they are painfully expensive.... although GIGANTIC! Prices went up recently which hurts. It is hard for me to say whether that high price is truly justified. My favorites for gifts are the traditional chocolate chip cookies, with and without nits, and the oatmeal raisin. MY personal favorites also include the new lemon cookies and the seasonal rocky road. I understand that the non-cookie items are also wonderful and can be cheaper than the cookies. I almost always also treat myself to their coffee whenever I pick up cookie-gifts. I am not a coffee afficionado, but find it really good. I highly recommend Levain and even at this current price point, will continue to buy. Sadly, I am not sure after the next hike. TRY THEM! PS - Door (Dash) Pass has a great $21 special for 4 cookies - usually my choice.“

“The place was neat and looks cozy. They have only indoor sittings and mostly people stop-by for takeout than dining in. Staff were eager to help and really help to provide recommendations for your likings.

We had their ice cream which is the cookie vanilla sandwich and the Macaron Red Velvet ice cream. For sweet tooth go for the cookies for the mid sweet, go for the macaron. The combination was so good!

“Oh, this place was my favorite! The smell when I walked in was sweet and decadent. I ordered 4 bundt cakes. 2 for the grandkids and 1 for a friend and 1 for her grandkid. The red velvet was a hit with my granddaughter, and my daughter said it was good. My friend was so shocked how good her pumpkin bundt was. I tasted the snickerdoodle, and it was amazing! Not too sweet, but Rick tender and moist goodness. I recommend this place for your cake, goodness.“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop. First and foremost, the coffee is super yum, arguably the most important part of a coffee joint. Beyond that though, the staff are super friendly and personable and make ordering a pleasant experience. The pastries are incredible too, and are as close as I've found to an authentic French patisserie anywhere in the area.

The ambience inside the restaurant is lovely with plenty of seating areas and featuring local artists on the walls. The unique part of Roggenart though is it's vast outdoor seating options in a large and quiet courtyard, which no one else has anywhere else in ballston. Love it here!“

“Nothing beats fresh egg tarts. This bakery is tucked away inside a supermarket and it has many varieties of pastries from buns to mooncakes to tarts. They don't look polished, but they do have a more homemade look. Egg tarts were tasty although the crust could be a bit more crisp. I think it's worth coming back to try other items.“
