Sheida asked about my vision and provided all my options for size, cake flavors and options for the filling. So many choices! I decided on a naked cake with chocolate cake, banana filling, and butter cream frosting. Payment and pickup were seamless and so easy! The cake was beyond beautiful and tasted so good. My guests raved about it! Can’t say enough good things about the quality and professionalism. I have a new bakery that I’ll be using for other special occasions and during the holidays for sweet treats! “Visited for the first time late on a Saturday morning after finishing early lunch nearby. I liked the selections I saw inside, and I snagged a banana bread loaf and a gluten free cinnamon chip bread loaf. The banana bread had good flavor and texture. I appreciated the cinnamon chip bread being made from healthier flours and ingredients. I expected a somewhat crumblier texture, and I wonder whether the bread could have had a little more moisture and cinnamon flavor. Otherwise maybe an apple butter would go well to balance the drier texture. Overall I would be curious to try a couple of the unique savory breads I saw in the store the next time I am in Vienna.“
