“We were in town to visit a friend but we we're early. We stopped and stumbled across this place. It is wonderful. Oh how I wish we had one in Prince George's County. Pastries breads fancy hot and cold drinks. I had a pistachio iced coffee drink with a cream cheese foam.Wow. my husband and I will return. Service was friendly as well. Surprisingly quiet. In PG County it would be overflowing with customers midweek all day everyday and weekends.“

“I'm originally from New York and know a good bagel, cream cheese and lox. And that's what I was craving for lunch yesterday. On a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. With cream cheese on both slices. Ferej did not disappoint! He made a perfect sandwich! Bagel was toasted just right and there was no skimping on the cream cheese. I was told by another employee that the lox is weighed and packaged already. Again, Chesapeake did not skimp on the lox. It was a great bagel, cream cheese and lox sandwich for this New Yorker!“

We had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager, who was warm, friendly, and truly wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond. They came from behind the counter to introduce themselves, took the time to engage with our children, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers. The desserts were absolutely scrumptious and unlike anything we've ever had. We were especially grateful that they offered delicious plant based options, which made the experience even better. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. “The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “I wanted to share an observation about my purchase this morning. When I paid, the total came to $12, which seemed a little strange to me, so I decided to check the receipt.

When I looked it over, I noticed that I had been charged $3 for a cheese roll, which I never purchased. The item I actually bought cost $1.65.

I never had this kind of issue with the previous management, so I thought it was important to bring it to your attention. I’m not saying this with any bad intentions, but rather to encourage everyone to be more careful and double-check the items being entered into the register before charging customers.

Likewise, as customers, it’s important to ask for our receipts and review them before leaving the establishment to make sure everything is correct.“
