“I'm originally from New York and know a good bagel, cream cheese and lox. And that's what I was craving for lunch yesterday. On a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. With cream cheese on both slices. Ferej did not disappoint! He made a perfect sandwich! Bagel was toasted just right and there was no skimping on the cream cheese. I was told by another employee that the lox is weighed and packaged already. Again, Chesapeake did not skimp on the lox. It was a great bagel, cream cheese and lox sandwich for this New Yorker!“

I wanted to update my review because I felt it was important to recognize Mr. Joseph and Ms. Anita. They are two of the kindest, most pleasant people I have met in a long time. My family and I were truly grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration of our dietary needs. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. “The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “I am so glad that they have been consistent for the last 6 years I have been their customer. I come here every single month.

1. Cake/bakery
This is their main jam. Cake prices went up by $10 per cake in the last 5 years, so smaller cake is minimum of $40-45 and medium to large cakes are $55+ with tax etc.

2. Sandwich: They have egg salad, tuna salad, chicken and korean beef salad. The key is consistency! Same taste and quality every time, that is what makes a business stay in the long run.

3. Service: not good anymore. This part went down quite a bit. Manager should note. They are rushing us and not courteous. This is how you LOSE customers. If there is no one behind the person and if their phone isn't pulling up your app fast enough, don't be mean!

4. App/rewards: I come here over shilla or breeze etc other korean bakeries because they have rewards program that actually works and this is why I stay with them.“
