Liberty baking is an awesome company and so great to work with for designing a wedding cake! Their flavors are unique and delicious; our guests loved the ube cake with marshmallow cream as it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet! Our wedding planner recommended them to us and we reached out for an initial quote - Alison was so much fun from our first meeting and immediately understood our vision. I cannot say enough good things about Liberty. We ordered our wedding cake back in 2018 and have been going back for anniversary cakes every year since! They gave us the perfect instructions to freeze the top tier of our wedding cake and it tasted just as fresh on our first anniversary! You cannot go wrong with any of their cake or icing flavors.
