Darkest burnt pizza, ordered as normal bake and original NOT thin crust, I've ever seen in my life. I took a literal video and pics of this crispy brown and black disaster and shared with friends. Worst experience ever. They never delivered the pizza, lied about delivery on the app. Lied about trying to contact me. Then when I reached out to them the team member told me that it was my fault. Wouldn’t be clear about double charging me if I got it redelivered. Eventually after trying to get answers, I just asked for a refund. I just received a Papa John's pizza bowl that was burned beyond belief. I spoke to a manager who said they are usually fairly well done. Come on! I can't believe the container didn't melt.Manager issued me a credit.
