“I don’t know how this place doesn’t have a line out the door all the time. I’ve waited to write this review for a whole year to make sure we didn’t have a fluke experience, or it wasn’t just good because it was a new place.This is easily the best Peruvian chicken place in the DMV. My wife and I have tried probably 15+ places, and this place is the best. 1) it’s always extremely clean. 2) the (assumed) owner is super nice. It’s always the same older gentlemen at the register with a goatee. 3) the food is ALWAYS fresh. We’ve came early, late, in between lunch and dinner hours, it doesn’t matter. Our fries and plantains are always piping hot, and the plantains are always cooked PERFECTLY. The chicken is always moist and tender. The chicken also tastes different and better here - it is marketed as charcoal chicken, and you can taste that. It has that “summer bbq cooked on a charcoal Webber grill” taste, unlike some other places that taste like a gas grill.I personally don’t care for the Peruvian style sauces, but my wife loves them. They offer the 3 selections, a yellow, orange, and green, with no spice to pretty spicy.Highly recommend!“
“came here around Halloween and the place was SOO cutely decorated. i got a steak and cheese sub and it was really good, honestly no critiques. this place felt kind of post apocalyptic, but in the best way possible because it was very spooky themed“
“Ordered online, food was ready on time. Wings were cooked well and tasty, the garlic parm especially. Didn't interact with any humans except to get a friendly "hello." Pleased with the experience and I'd order again, though I don't know if I'd go there to sit down. It seemed mor angled towards carry out.“
“We were visiting from Miami an wanted something different. Great experience. Staff were very attentive. All food was great including the kid's menu. Fried oreos are a must! They have a fire hour from 2pm to 4pm with $5 margaritas that were also great. Highly recommend. Ask for Mo (Morrice) when you get there. He was so hospitable. Amazing customer service. John the boss was awesome. He was working just like the staff. “I love this pizza. I found it out west and was really excited to see it finally arrive in Fairfax. Service can be fast or slow depending on amount of drivers and amount of orders. Just wait for it people. The pizza will come. This is the best chain delivery pizza and I would put it up against some mom and pop stores. Still not the best in town but the best delivered.“
