Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.
We have enjoyed coming in great food (even when there have been oops) the service has been excellent. Thanks for service that has been great despite still struggling with staffing.
The way the staff manages a huge crowd is remarkable. The heyday for me was in 2009 and probably even before that when I used to come here as a senior in college with friends. But it has come a long way since then. It’s much bigger than what it used to be before. Plus, twenty years is a long time. A lot changes in twenty years. But it changed for the better. Five stars out of five. 👍🏼

Buffalo Wing Factory offers a variety of options, including the popular Wednesday $1 wing per piece deal. The dipped honey mustard wings are a fan favorite, and the Cobb buffalo chicken salad is a hit. The wings are stellar, and they also have a great variety of draft beers with happy hour prices under 5 bucks. The chopped salad with grilled chicken is surprisingly good, and the nachos are really tasty too. While the service can be poor and the place may be a bit dirty, the restaurant has undergone renovations and improved its overall quality. The bartender is super friendly, and the manager makes sure guests are doing well. It’s a relaxing atmosphere where you can actually hear yourself think. With a kids menu available, this spot is worth the drive.
