Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.
We have enjoyed coming in great food (even when there have been oops) the service has been excellent. Thanks for service that has been great despite still struggling with staffing.
It was my first time at Buffalo Wing Factory and I ordered the Torrid Zone buffalo wings. They were definitely too hot for me, but to be fair, that was after I had already eaten ten 911 buffalo wings. 😄 I still managed to finish three of the Torrid ones before admitting defeat.
What I really appreciated was that the wings had a nice crisp to them, which is exactly the texture I like.

While the service can be poor and the place may be a bit dirty, the restaurant has undergone renovations and improved its overall quality. The bartender is super friendly, and the manager makes sure guests are doing well. It’s a relaxing atmosphere where you can actually hear yourself think. With a kids menu available, this spot is worth the drive.
