The brisket is awesome. We love the potato salad and the hush puppies. They happened to be out of something I wanted. The restaurant called right away and offered me some great alternatives. I appreciated the great service.
Red Hot & Blue pulled pork was a generous portion, fresh, juicy, and flavorful. The potato salad recipe’s ingredients were fresh, with a layered flavor profile and the baked beans were delicious. RH&B does not have a bar, so no beer with your BBQ.RH&B is difficult to find. It is definitely a destination location, and parking is extraordinarily tight. We lived across the street from the Red Hot and Blue on route 123 and will certainly miss the convenience of picking up some of our favorite items. However, I could not be more impressed with the customer service and cleanliness, and of course the good food at this new location. We will continue to support them in both catering and individual needs.
