Of course, their prices are climbing (beyond what I’d consider reasonable), but that’s more of a corporate issue. This is a strong location, and I’ve never had a complaint about the service
Before they franchised, I ate at the first 5Guys off of 395 in Virginia at the King St exit. It had no tables or chairs, just a big bag of peanuts to shell and eat while you waited. You threw the shells on the floor. Catered to blue collar workers who sat in or on their pickup trucks outside to enjoy their burgers and fries. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The burgers tasted good, and my cheese was not melted fully, one of two complaints.
