I just received a Papa John's pizza bowl that was burned beyond belief. I spoke to a manager who said they are usually fairly well done. Come on! I can't believe the container didn't melt.Manager issued me a credit.

Darkest burnt pizza, ordered as normal bake and original NOT thin crust, I've ever seen in my life. I took a literal video and pics of this crispy brown and black disaster and shared with friends. Before this, I called to request the sauces I paid extra for (they always miss them) and Parm cheese to substitute for Mozz, and this took 2 calls bc dude hung up randomly first, and it sounded like it was all too much for him to deal with. Called back upon receiving a large topping covered BURNT cracker instead of a pizza... Same rude "manager" offers NO apology and blamed the oven and the GrubHub driver, anything but his ineptitude by sending a pizza looking like this catastrophe to leave the restaurant.... and offered nothing to help, complained that I called 3x, took zero responsibility, just said to contact GrubHub. Even laughed when I said hey man this is all your bad. 30 bucks after tip for a 12" burnt, inedible pizza, 1 small drink and 2 sauces. Wild times fam! Dinner ruined.

Worst experience ever. They never delivered the pizza, lied about delivery on the app. Lied about trying to contact me. Then when I reached out to them the team member told me that it was my fault. Wouldn’t be clear about double charging me if I got it redelivered. Eventually after trying to get answers, I just asked for a refund. Considering the prices and the terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As someone who works in the service industry I know it’s not difficult to be kind and find solutions for customers.

Ordered my pizza and wings at 8PM on a Wednesday ( slow night) and didn't get it delivered until 9:20PM. I drove to the store around 9PM and I did receive a refund without any issue. And I refused the food when it finally came because I didn't think it would be right to accept it. I used to love Papa John's Pizza, not so much anymore. It may be because they are understaffed? Anyway, never ordering another pizza from there again.
Great 1st experience in the area. Pizza Friday at ours & we are trying all the pizza places & it was kids choice. Had $ 10.99 Large cheese "carry-out special" , two orders of wings (buffalo and garlic Parmesan) $6.99 for "pairing special" They were delicious and everything cooked perfectly.Store front pickup looked very clean. Fast & friendly staff the night we went.Parking: This is a plaza w large shop so a gig lot if the spaces in front are full.
Now I understand why this place got a 2.7 in rating. Not the worst, but still not Papa John’s quality.Pizza was so cold and dry.

This place is a disaster!* Online ordering was down, incompetence on all phone orders* Delivery drivers walking in and out, right by the pizza making stations...grabbing pizza slices and eating while walking by. * No one washes their hands* Disgruntled pizza makers handle money and register duties and NEVER awash their hands when they go back to making pizzas.* Flour everywhere* Handling finished pizzas with bare hands sometimes* Delivery drivers walk all around, no clean or contained cooking stations* Pizzas always undercooked or overcooked We would rather drive to Vienna location than deal with them!

This was the first time I went to this branch to order a pizza and this was the last time. I will never go there again. The manager is very rude and unfriendly and the environment is very dirty. Unhygienic food is prepared without using gloves.
