“NOT good customer service at all. Amanda, the owner, was extremely rude and entitled - very hard to deal with. She acted like the world revolved around her and I felt rushed. I have seen this written about her in other reviews as well which leads to believe this is a common trait in how they treat their customers. Would not recommend this place.“

Randomly googled best cheesecakes in the Woodbridge area because my brother loves cheesecake (TBH not my favorite until...) The owner (i do not think i ever officially got her name) is SO sweet. She is attentive, will give her thoughts on some flavor pairings, and is pleasant to work with. The huge order we got arrived on time and as promised and OMG was so good. All of my friends asked for her information so hopefully they order through her as well. I am going to place an order for mothers day and it is an added bonus that some of the proceeds are donated to a great cause. Really good! I want to try all the flavors“

“I recently heard about My Cravingsz through at event with the International Business Council event with the Prince William Chamber of Commerce where the son of the family owned business was speaking. I am so happy I had the change to try it today with my Aunt, who was visiting from out of town. We both loved it! What a beautiful place with so many delicious offerings! We really enjoyed the whole experience and event purchased several items from the bakery to take home. I will definitely be back and being others to visit this Manassas gem!“

“I recently discovered this hidden gem of a bakery stand at the Manassas farmers market, and let me tell you, their baklava and basbousa are absolutely to-die-for! Every time I go, I can’t help but feast since they’re so delicious. Not only are the pastries outstanding, but the woman who runs the bakery stand is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, make each visit a great experience. The prices are also very reasonable, which is an added bonus.

I can confidently say that I will be a regular customer at this bakery stand. It has become a highlight of my farmers market trips. “Went during the early afternoon with my husband, tried the red velvet cupcakes, boba milk tea, and Vietnamese latte. The cupcakes were very rich and the frosting was a thick cream rather than the overly whipped, sugary style most places use.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our cashier was clearly new but polite and friendly, and we could see how supportive the management was. We went back for cupcakes to take home to family; we have a member with a chocolate allergy and the staff offered to pipe a fresh order for us so we wouldn't have to worry about cross contamination from the front case, *and* packed them separately! Will definitely return in the future.“

“I would definitely recommend this bakery! We had a delicious tres leches cake for our bridal shower fiesta and everyone wanted to know where it was from. It was almost too beautiful to eat! The bakery is full of yummy treats, and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.

UPDATE: Gave this location another try and was pleasantly surprised with an improved service and cleanliness of the place so I am updating my review rating. Please keep it up for your customers.“
