Bakeries near Dumfries

“Their empanadas are our go to snacks!“

“I had a last minute (and complex) request for my wife’s birthday cake. Let Them Eat Cat went above and beyond and created one of the best cakes (of any type) I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommended this baker and business for any of your special occasions. I will definitely be a repeat customer (my kids have birthdays coming up).“

“Lived in San Antonio for 12years and this place is legit!“

“Obsessed with the soft cookies!“

“I LOVE that Stafford had a location! For the longest time I had to travel to route 3 Central Park, but now there’s one right by my house. I love getting Crumbl for special events or for a special treat at home. The flavors are always so good but I have to say the semi sweet classic chocolate chip cookie is my all time favorite!“

“Bread me is hands down my favorite place in Quantico! The rolls are amazing as well as the Ramen, drinks and the BLT is great! I just love this place and I can't tell you how much I appreciate Grant going above and beyond for me! Amazing people and food! ❤“

“The Icing Bakery has been supporting Arms Outstretched Ministry’s Honoring Our Heroes program since 2019. They donate cupcakes and desserts to support our quarterly luncheon events for our heroes who dedicate their lives to protecting our country and communities. Small businesses such as The Icing Bakery are vital to our success in serving the community. The Icing bakery also donates twice a month to support our food bank, homeless families and women and children of domestic violence as well as teenagers who don’t eat lunch on a daily basis. I recommend this Bakery and hope you will visit them for your bakery needs.“

“It has potential to be great! There is nobody managing the seating area to guide positioning of the line. So people are standing over you while you eat. Then everything is a bit over done! Like burnt for a croissant!“

“Always amazing!! Love that these are delicious and happen to be vegan as well!“

“Todo delicioso 👌🏻☕🥐🫶🏻 limpieza execelente servicio!!!“

“I have had the cupcakes before and they were delicious 😋. I ordered a dozen variety mix for Easter and everyone loved them!!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend desserts from here!!!! Definitely ordering more desserts in the future!“

“Delicious food. Service took a while which is expected. Its more of a take out spot if you are looking for atmosphere.“

“Wow! This food is exceptional! Going inside of the bakery, I felt like I was at Grand Central Station! Lots of people were bustling around with baggies and tongs grabbing their baked items. From breads to cakes to cookies , they had it all. The tres leche cake was my favorite dessert. 🥰

But the breakout star?? THE SALTEÑAS! I had never heard of it before but seeing how it was so packed inside I had to try what they’re known for. OH MY WORD! It’s a party of flavors! Why would I even get a Panera soup bowl again when I could have this sweet and savory soup inside of a perfectly baked pastry? I couldn’t wait to eat it! I didn’t even leave the parking lot and I had devoured it 🤣I got the chicken but I can’t wait to come back and try the others. This place was exceptional!“

“I recently visited Giant to shop for a crab boil and had a great experience. I was able to find everything I needed, which made preparing for the meal much easier. It was convenient to get all my groceries in one trip without having to stop at another store.

The staff was helpful, and I appreciated their assistance during my visit. When you’re shopping for a meal with several ingredients, being able to find what you need makes a big difference. Overall, I was pleased with my shopping experience and would return to Giant for my grocery needs.“

“She is very flexible, great prices, cakes look and taste amazing.“

“We ordered from the kiosk and forgot to order an additional sandwich. Amanda, the General Manager, was quick to get our order started so we didn’t have to wait in line. Extremely friendly and efficient, along with the other staff members. Going that extra mile really made a great impression.“

“I would definitely recommend this bakery! We had a delicious tres leches cake for our bridal shower fiesta and everyone wanted to know where it was from. It was almost too beautiful to eat! The bakery is full of yummy treats, and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.“

“We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a tres leches and both were very good. We have gone back multiple times for the tres leches. It’s moist and not too sweet, perfect for us. Also, the staff is always greeting you with a smile. Happy to support a small Latino owned business, absolutely recommended.“
