“WOW is right!! I am a first-time customer and ultimately ordered a dozen construction-themed cookies for my son's 3rd birthday party. Melissa messaged me back straight away and offered two different cookie options -- screen-printed vs hand-cut with pricing. I sent her a link to the party decorations I bought, and she was able to create AMAZING screen-printed cookies using images from a digital invitation. Melissa answered all of my questions thoroughly, particularly about how long the cookies would stay fresh, and provided tons of advice about how to display the cookies and how to best freeze them if we wanted to keep a couple for after the party. I am not exaggerating when I say these are the thickest, most delicious sugar cookies I have ever tasted. My husband and I sampled one after pick-up, and they are truly out-of-this-world good!
