When my family came from England to visit, they couldn’t believe how much Barbari and Taftoon bread we eat—it is truly delicious. Before leaving, they ordered 10 of each to take back for their friends so they could enjoy it longer. The bread reminds us of the home made bread my grandma used to bake in her own clay oven in her kitchen. Who would have thought how many sweet memories this kind of bread could evoke?

This small family bakery is always super clean, with an amazing atmosphere. The team are friendly and welcoming, and the space is spotless. It truly feels like being back home, full of beautiful memories.

“Was in a bind and way behind over the Christmas celebration with a wife who is gluten sensitive and has a birthday on Christmas Eve. Did an order in the AM and drove over to check out the place and glad I did as they were super busy and usually get orders weeks in advance. Chef Dennis did some magic and delivered an amazing teal colored (her favorite color) cake with yellow butter cake and chocolate butter icing. Definitely was a huge hit, and will get in front of this for my next order.“

“Delicious food if you get the correct items ordered. This is the second time I’ve ordered for pick-up and an item was incorrect. The first time I reviewed the order in the app and this time I decided to put my complaint online. Moral of the story, make sure the person picking up your order opens the box to verify what was ordered vs what is received“

“While I managed a popular Cafe in Occoquan, VA for 10 years, we ordered all our sandwich bread from Cardinal. Our customers loved the product. Cardinal was a perfect supplier. I know the community misses it since the Cafe closed. If I ever get another chance, I'll definitely choose Cardinal.“
