Average dessert AWFUL service! This will be my first negative review of my life and I use Yelp all the time. It's not shocking that after our negative experience you see negative review after negative review regarding the service here on Yelp. I called in the hopes of having a conversation regarding an order and I was met with lawyer talk which I must admit is pretty shocking when it's regarding a wedding cake. I needed to order a special cake for my Father-In-Law but I lived in a different state. We had a very specific request for this cake so I spoke with multiple bakeries in that area. We ended up going with EID because Jim, the man we were talking with, went above and beyond to make a connection with me! We brainstormed different ideas and felt like our cake was important to him.
