“OMG! Where do I start...From the unassuming quaint colonial home to the wonderful welcoming of Mona herself. You will fall in love with Mona and this place immediately! It's just like walking into your own Grandma's home and Mona makes you feel that way too! We were traveling from out of town to a customer's location near here and were looking for a different dining experience. Boy, Mona did not disappoint! We ordered Baba Ganouj, Beef Shwarma and Lamb with Rice. For dessert we had Rice Pudding and Knafe Bel Jibne. The smoke on the pitas and Baba Ganouj was amazing and I don't like smoke on ANYTHING! I don't care for lamb but tried my business partner's meal and LOVED IT! Mona has definitely won me over hands down! The Shwarma was like nothing I have ever had before. And as a BIG pickle lover, this was a hit! The Rice Pudding was very delicate and a perfect ending to a perfect meal. We ordered the Knafe Bel Jibne as we were very curious. It is a warm sweet treat with a very slight hint of savory which comes from the pistachios - YUM! Mona cooks everything herself to order with LOVE! This is such an AMAZING AND UNIQUE dining experience and hidden GEM! This place is a MUST! When you go there, tell Mona that Kat and Rob sent you!“

“First time recently at Ivy and I must say, what an experience. Food and ambiance were excellent, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. “Came in with my girlfriend for the first time at this location. A co-worker at my job had previously brought in some of their mochi donuts one day and I was instantly hooked. Some of the best pastries Ive ever had.
Tony really made us feel welcome and took great care of us showing us around the place and giving some great recommendations. Will 100% be telling my friends about this place.“

“I’ve found a new favorite Japanese restaurant! Real Japanese food made with actual Japanese ingredients, not the same as the stuff you find in mall food courts or at that [FAST]way chain joint. I ordered the Chicken and Steak Hibachi and the Chicken Yakisoba, and they were both delicious! Portions aren’t generous though, but healthy; you won’t feel overstuffed after eating.“

“This review is more to give kudos to a couple of people. Rebecca at the front went above and beyond to accommodate a sticky situation when it wS extremely busy. The original host stand person, Janelle, was okay with telling us we had a much longer wait than first given and would have been okay with us leaving. Rebecca came up with solutions and options and we ended up having to only wait a few more minutes without inconveniencing others.
Once seated, our server, Kelly, was great. Janelle once again initially came to help and then forgot our request and just left us.
We will continue to come back for folks like Rebecca and Kelly and hope Janelle will improve.“

“Go to Ms. Peaches, if you want a warm inviting ambiance and good food. Found this place on a quick Google search for brunch and it did not disappoint. Upon walking in, we were seated immediately. Although it took a minute for the server to stop by it was good after the initial greeting. Now for the food, everything came out hot and seasoned to perfection. We sampled almost everything on the brunch menu with the exception of dessert. I don't typically like restaurant deviled eggs, but gave them a try since we had unlimited brunch. I would not recommend. They weren't bad, but didn't meet my expectations. However, catfish, collards, omelette, chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, breakfast potatoes, peach pancakes, and French toast were very good. You can't go wrong with any of those options. Overall, I will return and highly recommend. Don't forget the peach tea!“

“Pho Royal is one of my favorite pho spots in the DMV. The food is always delicious and the service is very quick and efficient. The people are very kind and clearly care a lot about making sure every customer has a good experience. I love their Thai Tea as well.“

“Great place to go for brunch! I went with a group of friends we got a pitcher of mimosa and breakfast. I ordered the Charlie, which was chicken and waffles with two types of Jam. It was delicious!! The waffle was very good, it was like a biscuit in a waffle shape. The chicken and the jam made it all the better, definitely a good price too. All the food was great and filling, drinks were 👌🏽, vibes were excellent!“

“We dined at local provisions for Christmas Eve. The bruschetta and the caesar salad were amazing and the chicken osso bucco and spinach fettuccine were top notch. Definitely recommend 10/10“
