BEST GLUTEN FREE BAKERY!!!! Do not miss out on this amazing place!!! The pumpkin rolls are absolutely unbelievable. I went back day two and got more because I couldn’t stay away. The biscuits and gravy was the best I’ve ever had and my non gluten free friend agreed.The cinnamon twist was good and the crepe. I went to The Happy Tart over the weekend when it was raining. I had a chai tea latte and a vegetarian crepe with a bunch of vegetables (e.g., mushrooms) and pesto. I have to say, it's four days later, and I'm STILL thinking about that crepe. The meal warmed my soul! It was so good. The Happy Tart recently made my wedding cake and cupcakes for 130 guests. They did an outstanding job. Everyone was raving about the cupcakes, and the cake was also delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our wedding desserts!
