Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.”

“I go through the drive through from time to time because it is on my way to/from work. I have always had very friendly service. Like, the service here is much friendlier than the sit down restaurants I go to. I have almost always received better than average fast food here as well and rarely have to wait. I think the negative reviews are just people who come to complain, because I come here regularly for two years and find it’s pretty good. I worked in fast food before and know it can be stressful and customers can be pretty rude and demanding so I think these employees do a great job.”

“The service was very fast. Despite being asked to wait at the third window, the wait time was probably less than 3 minutes. The food was a decent temperature. The fries were hot. And the cashier was polite despite having to wait for my passenger to unlock their debit card. I have no complaints. For a McDonald's drive thru, this was pretty close to an ideal experience.

The main feedback I have is that I was impressed with the wait time especially since quality was not sacrificed. I would visit this location again.”

I guess expansion and growth (they opened another branch in Arlingnton several years ago) is inevitable and capitalizing on this popularity has its own upside and downside. I ordered their Paa Tad fish dish which did not disappoint but a simple fried fish and for its size, the price was a bit exorbitant for me. I would still visit the place but would be more careful about my choices next time.”

On this, our first visit, we were seeking pho, and were amply rewarded with generous snd delicious servings of both a chicken pho and a beef pho, and our vegetarian Spring rolls were a great start. It’s very difficult to find good som tum because most places make it too sweet in order to meet local tastes in the States, so it’s always a good sign of quality when the som tum is good, and this one’s excellent. Nice balance citrusy,and lots of crunch and umami just the way it should be. Their other dishes are excellent too, the first place I’ve eaten from that reflects what authentic Thai food actually tastes like. Food quality is excellent and the service is excellent and friendly too. A must visit if looking for great Thai food.”

I had never been to this particular restaurant and Danny was such a help that he helped take all the guess work out. He was also so very caring and came to check on us and other customers in the store which is definitely not your typical casual dining experience. It’s people like these who give us hope in the service industry/humanity again! In other news, the industrial and rather breezy—on a hot day—atmosphere of this place was great and it was ULTRA clean. She claimed her strawberry nutella crepe was the most delicious crepe she'd ever had, and my Galette Complete (emmental, ham, egg) was perfect — soft but crisp buckwheat exterior with an impeccable barely-set sunny side up egg. Our server Belle was fantastic. Sunny, fast, and also exceptionally patient because I — a grown adult who actually loves math —made a dumb calculation mistake with the bill which she had to correct me on (*face palm*). Cannot recommend this gem of a place enough.”

“Their Vietnamese beef intestine hotpot comes with tender tripe, beef tongue, beef brisket and beef meatballs. An absolute gem. It’s served with spicy fermented bean curd, a massive platter of banana blossom/ herbs. And!!! a ton of wide egg noodles to sop up all the good herbal soup and meat. Truly a secret menu item and so so good. Unlike any other hot pot you have ever had.”
