“Brindo is by far one of the best Ethiopian restaurants I’ve ever visited! I’ve been there multiple times, and every experience has been amazing. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. The servers are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. “Consistently good food at a good value along with good service. Our family has enjoyed Open Road since it opened and it has consistently remained a go-to dinner spot for our family or a game watching spot with friends. only slight drawback is parking, but worst case there is parking about 2 blocks away.“
