Chilcanos RestoBar is a comfortable and lively place with great service and an authentic, bursting flavor. The food is perfectly good and amazing, with excellent presentation and unexpectedly generous portions. Dishes like the ceviche, the shareable platter Ronda terramar, aji de gallina, leche de tigre, and aguado de pollo are delicious. The purple corn juice and leche volteada are also recommended. The ambiance is comfortable and quiet or lively with really good music, a stage show at night, and an attractive bar. It is a favorite Peruvian restaurant, highly recommended to pamper your palate.
