Galaxy Hut has crushed my expectations.
Buffalo things were very good, beer selection is massive, but the highlight was the burger.
By far the best vegetarian burger I have ever had, and also the eggplant fries, just wow!

“We had our wedding at the Commentary on 5/31/25 and we could not be more thrilled with our experience. Olivia Martel and Chef Fran were PHENOMENAL to work with. Anything we wanted, we got. We wanted a low key, chill wedding, and decided on stations and the pasta bar with a plethora of appetizers and the execution was a 10/10. We loved having the whole bar and restaurant to ourselves in Ballston and welcoming guests from across the country and being in the Commentary’s/Westin’s care. They took really great care of us and we couldn’t be more grateful for the most beautiful day of our lives.“

“For many years I’ve gone to Cowboy Cafe for dinner….nachos, burgers, tater tots, etc. everything on the menu is so good, every single time. However, for the first time I went there for breakfast. It was so good I had to review it. The pancake, the fruit plate, the chicken bacon hash!!! My gosh, everything was so delicious and wonderfully plated. I’m still happy from that meal. Thanks, Cowboy Cafe kitchen staff for always serving good food!“

“I frequently visit Commonwealth Joe in Arlington, and I noticed that a new coffee shop has opened at this hotel. Although they don’t offer the brand’s full menu, the limited coffee selection—consistent with the main shop—serves coffee of the same high quality. The staff is very friendly; Sergio, in particular, helped us make our choices, and our server, Marcos, made sure we felt very comfortable.“

“Cafe Colline is spectacular. I had a toddler with me, was dressed in an adidas track suit, and wanted real food as we waited for someone working in the area. Most of the customers were much better dressed and without a child. Nothing wrong with this, just painting the picture. The staff could not have been nicer and more professional. We were greeted with open arms, sat immediately, and served with absolute professionalism. My food (the fish) was so good I considered licking the plate. They don’t necessarily have a kid’s menu but offered numerous things to make a toddler. I went with the burger and fries. They complimented this with numerous dipping sauces and made the burger to order. The charge was minimal and fair. I always clean up after him as toddlers can be messy and they insisted on letting them clean up (I did it anyway). Restrooms were spotless and the kitchen area you pass was very clean and well organized. It’s a small spot full of big talent. This will be a regular for us. A must dine.“

“We love Astro Beer Hall! It’s a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. There’s a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! There’s an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if you’re looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.“

“Outstanding bar. Great rotating drafts, stools that you can sit on, and the ambiance of a grocery store surrounding you. If you choose to shop, it is highly recommended that you spend 3-4 hours at this bar first so that you can ignore all of the paleo/gluten free/crossfit vibes that resonate. Fairly magical when paired with the top notch buffet adjacent to the bar. Anyone interested in grocery shopping loosely should investigate the possibilities of this bar. I may be wrong, but it is possible to order drinks and imbibe while you shop. Beware: you can’t leave the bar without passing the mochi case.“

“Having been coming here for the Southern Sparkler for years. Have always stayed with my usuals. One of us order Duck, the other the chicken. Those Gouda potatoes were the bomb. Dinner was a delight. Only disappointment was appetizer. The fried green tomatoes were lack luster. We would avoid them in future.“

“I’m going to post the same review I gave on Yelp - this is a 5 Star place! After a day in DC, my family decided to try Soul Thai on our way home. What a terrific Experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “The service was on point, server Brandon cooked our first 3 meats, they were the best part. All the food was delicious. Dinner prices for all u can eat on 10/11/26 were ($58/$78/98). We got the middle option($78) also included all u can eat sushi which were great, large full size rolls and had More fish than rice. They were also amazing. Ramen bowl was a large full size bowl too. It was good… the best part were the meats. My favorite meats were the ones that our server Brandon cooked (toro, top blade & Wagyu Shoulder). The alcohol drink “Ume Fashion” ($18) was a bit salty for me but my husband likes savory so he liked it. I ordered green tea ($3.50). Total for 2 ppl with one alcohol drink & hot tea including tax was $197. We’ll definitely go back for a special occasion.“

Highly recommend a spicy margarita, ordered less sweet. It was sooo good. Would go back for this drink alone. We would go back for the drinks and service and ambience for sure.“

The Waiter was superb, filling glasses each time they became even a bit low and promptly attending to us throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and had a fun sense of humor as well. The food was delicious. From the Bruschetta appetizer to our entrees, which ranged from Spaghetti and Meatballs to more sophisticated fare, each of us loved our food. The portions are generous and present a great value. Desert was tasty as well. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly as well. If you want high quality Italian food with excellent service at a fair price, then I highly recommend this restaurant.“
