Having been coming here for the Southern Sparkler for years. Have always stayed with my usuals. One of us order Duck, the other the chicken. Those Gouda potatoes were the bomb. Dinner was a delight. Only disappointment was appetizer. The fried green tomatoes were lack luster. We would avoid them in future.
Zack was a phenomenal server....cordial, attentive and professional. He should be commended! Great job!
We got there right when they just opened for breakfast. Love the atmosphere!! Service was great with Free seasoned popcorn for welcoming. Their egg Benedict was really good, the eggs yolk was a little over cooked. I prefer my runny egg yolks. Burger has high quality buns. Will definitely come back to try different menu.

The Peach Crostini appetizer is unusual and different in a good way, while the Rainbow Trout entree is perfectly prepared—moist and flaky. Although some dishes, like the duck, can be inconsistent, others, like the beef sandwich, are great. The service is outstanding and attentive, and the noise level allows for easy conversation. While on the pricier side, the unique and delectable dishes, along with the cool atmosphere, make Copperwood Tavern a recommended dining spot for various palates.
