“Punch Bowl Social is always amazing! Our server Eswin was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always checking in. Our drinks hadn’t come out after a bit of a wait, no fault of anyone they were just slammed. Eswin immediately helped us when we voiced this and our drinks were brought out quickly! Food is 10/10, service 10/10 and drinks 10/10 as well as atmosphere! Always coming back!

PS FOR MANAGEMENT: ESWIN DESERVES A RAISE BECAUSE HE WAS MOVING SO QUICKLY AND ALWAYS CHECKED ON EVERYONE!

“This is for the Silver Diner in Chantilly,VA. We live a little over 2 hours away but stopped here for dinner after car shopping and we were not disappointed! My husband and son both had milkshakes and burgers and I got the meatloaf. Classic diner menu but really elevated and creative. The menu at Stray Cat is a bit more sophisticated than the sandwiches and pizza next door - reliable comfort food. Pictures of cats adorn the walls. What's not to love here? Good craft beer list too, just like next door.“

I only wish the space were a bit bigger so there were more seats, but honestly, the crowd just proves how good it is. The service is excellent, even when ordering through the barcode system. “Made a reservation but was told we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I made it clear it was unacceptable and they were able to put tables together. Typically, restaurants have that prepared for large parties, but at least they sat us within 10 minutes. The waitress was disgruntled for our party of 8 and took almost 15 minutes to get us water. The food did come out quickly and was fresh. The back doors were open on a beautiful day and we were able to enjoy the breeze. Poor first impression of the staff but once they got rolling, it was normal. The bartender was amazing and accommodated for mocktails that they didn’t have. I’d suggest having a mocktail list instead of one NA beer that they were out of. For the best experience, I’d sit at the bar or only have a party of 4 max.“

“I visited the Nordstrom Cafe in Virginia and had a great experience. The food was really good and everything was delicious. The quality and flavor were on point, and the overall atmosphere was nice and relaxing. It was a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.“

“Get a new night manager because Willie is terrible. I got stuck in the garage around 12:30am this morning because the parking machine wouldn't read my QR code for a Spot Hero reservation (I was booked until 2am on 3/14. I was blocking traffic so I called the front desk for help. I asked if someone could come confirm that I paid for parking and raise the barrier but he refused to help, speaking over me and insisting that I call Spot Hero for assistance (spot hero customer service was closed and I'm not sure how they were supposed to help me exit the garage?!). A guest at the hotel who was trying to leave got tired of waiting behind me and used her ticket to let me out. I went to the front desk to get the name of the person on the intercom - it was the night manager Willie. I asked for the GM's name and email. He told me the GM's name is Mohammed and asked what the issue was in reference too. I told him it was about him not trying to assist with the garage issue. Then he wanted to talk/explain but I advised him a discussion wasn't necessary - I just wanted the GM's contact info. He got upset that I didn't want to listen to him and refused to give me the GM's email - told me to call in the morning since I "didn't want to talk like adults". I asked for the info or a business card again and he threatened to have security escort me out. Security looked just as confused as I was, especially since all I asked for was the GM's email. If your managers or the company are unable or unwilling to help Spot Hero customers who are STUCK in your garage, don't contract with them!! And I very well could have been a guest of the hotel - Willie never even asked. He's definitely on a power trip and it's bad for business. Was he just going to let me sit at the parking exit forever?! completely ridiculous. somebody needs to look into this“

“We are from Buffalo NY down here on vacation. The host was absolutely amazing we sat at a high top by the bar and he came over and offered to move us to a bigger table so we had more room!! The bartender was our server and he was so attentive and on top of everything. They had a large school party that had about 50 people in it and they did not let that slow them down at all. At the end of that party we ended up speaking with one of the owners and he was so nice! We ended up finding out the host had family from where we are from and that was awesome! The food was amazing, portions were huge! Moral of the story the whole staff was amazing the food came out with perfect timing even with the huge party. Pricing, food, friendliness all worth it here they were amazing“

The drinks, i think a lemonade margaritas, and espresso martini, excellent. Overall, everyone was great. Nice buffet breakfast but I didn't get the nice gentleman's name who helped us mornings Aug 18-19, 2023.

“This is a mixed bag. Mostly had breakfast there which I thought was considerably overpriced. The buffet was well thought out but had nothing that I don't see in hotels around the world at almost double the price. Within the last year I've had breakfast in Berlin, Athens, and Rome and the most I paid was 16 Euro. Sat at the bar area two evenings and both times it took me multiple requests for a drink from the same server. The food I ate was good, at temperature and delivered by the kitchen staff rather than the server. By the end of the week we were doing breakfast and dinner in local establishments.“
