“Was looking for a place to eat that granted a good selection of beers and some vegetarian options, while I spent a couple of days staying in Arlington.
Galaxy Hut has crushed my expectations.
Buffalo things were very good, beer selection is massive, but the highlight was the burger.
By far the best vegetarian burger I have ever had, and also the eggplant fries, just wow!
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you won't regret it one bit.“

“In recent years there seems to be a proliferation of small-plate Mediterranean restaurants. But Yayla remains as one of the best, reasonably priced originals in northern Virginia. There is a pleasing range of mezzes, salads, entrees hot and cold, flat breads, spreads, etc . I had a Yayla mule, 3 spreads, lemony rice soup and superb shrimp. Often, the food is great but the service is just okay, or the service is excellent but the food falls short. When looking for a place to celebrate my wedding anniversary, a few options came up, and one of them was Sabores Tapas Bar. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it there at the time and ended up going to two other places—one was okay, the other was awful. Later, I told my wife we needed to try Sabores, maybe on New Year’s Day. Again, we ended up at a “safe” spot we like to visit. The food and service were good, but it was just our usual go-to. Fast forward to last week: my best friend from Puerto Rico came to visit with his family. He loves to eat, and his wife can be hard to please. This time, we decided to go to Sabores Tapas Bar. I’ll admit, I was nervous—I wanted them to have a great experience, but pleasing everyone is never easy. Finally, we went. What can I say? The food was amazing, and the service was just as incredible. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating. I had high expectations—growing up, my house was always full because my friends came over for my mom’s cooking. She’s an amazing cook. Mom, forgive me for saying this, but Sabores Tapas Bar is as good as, if not better than, your cooking, and the service was amazing. Wow. I’ve found the place. It’s so good that I want to go back and try dishes I normally don’t like, just to see if they can make me love them. I can’t wait to return. My taste buds have found the love of their life at Sabores Tapas Bar.“

“Trivia specific review! Wednesday nights are trivia night and they get packed so make sure to come early to get a table. My team and I like the format and it's just hard enough that it's challenging but not ridiculously obscure questions. As for the restaurant, it's a good venue for trivia and for general happy hour hangouts. The salads and sandwiches are decent. Lots of beer options, obviously, and even some wine and cocktail items on the menu. Service is usually friendly and quick. I wish they would run their happy hour specials through 7pm which is when trivia starts, but they only go to 6pm... too early in my opinion. But it is a fun spot to geek out and play trivia.“

“This is for the Silver Diner in Chantilly,VA. We live a little over 2 hours away but stopped here for dinner after car shopping and we were not disappointed! My husband and son both had milkshakes and burgers and I got the meatloaf. Classic diner menu but really elevated and creative. Everything was delicious, loved the decor, service was friendly and bathrooms were clean.“

“We had dinner here last night and it was amazing! We had goat biriyani, beef teheri, lamb rogan josh and mango lassi. Each dish had its own sauce, and spices, which are different from others, unlike some other restaurants which made some dishes taste the same. It was during Ramadan, so the restaurant was packed after sundown. The prices were reasonable. The owner was friendly. Would return to try out other dishes!“

“Punch Bowl Social is always amazing! Our server Eswin was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always checking in. Our drinks hadn’t come out after a bit of a wait, no fault of anyone they were just slammed. Eswin immediately helped us when we voiced this and our drinks were brought out quickly! Food is 10/10, service 10/10 and drinks 10/10 as well as atmosphere! Always coming back!

“WOW! I live in DC and have tried basically every Thai place in DC but rarely make it to VA. Thai is some of my favorite food. My main complaint with most DC places is that the food is NOT spicy enough. Not the case here! I got the drunken noodles tonight and hands down they were the spiciest best I've had in the area! “The best Turkish restaurant in the DMV area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend putting Adana kebab inside the lahmacun and eating it like a wrap — absolutely amazing. The great thing about District Taco is that they provide everything from the delicious food to the chafing dishes/sterno, plates, utensils--everything. It really contributed greatly to the party and the food exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the delivery service they use for catering; they came in and set up the chafing dishes and food and it was a much more full-service experience than I expected.
