Quarterdeck Reviews
Absolutely the best in the DMV area...or anywhere.
It's tucked away in a small neighborhood. It is like an old fashioned crab house...a great bar, inside & outside seating, and a party room downstairs.
The servers are fantastic...they are clean cut, fast, friendly, and know what you need before you do. It's a very clean and attractive place.

We had a party of 21 for lunch and it was fantastic! I had the clam chowder along with Crab Cakes and shrimp. It was soo much food, I gave my son one of my sides. My mom had hush puppies and said they were the best she ever had. Our server Franky was great, making sure we had refills and took good care of it. We would definitely come back.
Visiting the area, from Fayetteville NC, will definitely be back & soon I hope! 🤤

Quarterdeck is a popular neighborhood restaurant gem in Arlington, known for its variety of delicious dishes and a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The crabs are a standout, described as fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with each bite packed with flavor. Many diners enjoy the experience of rolling up their sleeves to dig into the large crabs, whether they choose indoor or outdoor dining. The Salmon Entree is also a hit, cooked to perfection with a beurre-blanc sauce, served with crispy onion rings and fresh coleslaw. The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall experience. While some reviews mention that the food can be considered overrated for the price, Quarterdeck remains a great spot for those craving classic Maryland-style crabs. It is worth a visit for its rich history and lively atmosphere, especially for a great seafood feast.
