This place has such good reviews, I was excited to try it. We didn’t have a reservation so we added to the wait list and sat at the bar, we were told 1 hour. Happy hour was nothing special but we ordered a few drinks and the old bay wings to share. I had a dark and stormy, wasn’t that great and then an orange crush. I treated myself on the “deck” to a pina colada, crab cakes, and fried shrimp with onion rings and hush puppies. The weather was great, the service was on point, and the food was delicious. If you’re about that chill life without the fuss this is the place!
Great crab cakes! Very good Mesquite grilled shrimp. Good potato salad (yellow/mustard). Decent onion rings. Weak cole slaw (creamy); very bland (pro tip: add some Ole Bay). Decent frozen Oreo pie (likely store bought). Slow service (during peak crab season). Poor timing between appetizers and entrees (came out at - the same time). Really good draft beer selection! Lots of local brews. Game room (basement) smells a bit. Added a 20% gratuity to the bill for a party of two (unsatisfactory).
