“Have only eaten here on a Delivery basis with my go to meal being the White Fontina Pizza, about once a week. It's delicious. The tortellini in cream sauc is also good. They appear to have a large, reasonably priced menu.”
“Stop by if you’re hitching a flight on AA in the Terminal C area (C27 specifically). Martha, Sebrina and Maraki are top tier! Fantastic customer service, highly recommended!”
“Tried Ruthie's for the 1st time yesterday. I'd read many good reviews (understandably) but had never tried it. What a great find! It is light and airy. The service is friendly and efficient. The menu is interesting with a good variety. My salad was delicious and so large that I took half of it home for another meal as I saw others doing as well. My husband's barbeque was equally delicious. We will definitely be repeat customers!”
“My husband and I went here and were seated right away. The service was excellent the entire visit. We wanted to try as many things as possible so we ordered from their pre fixed menu option. Our table was pretty small So the table got really crowded fast! Food was pretty good, the fried fish was surprisingly my favorite. Meal ended with a dessert too. Nice touch. We will definitely be going back and requesting a booth instead of the table because we rarely order one or two items.”
“Outstanding service, scrumptious food and great staffs. I have dine at Yayla restaurant many time and I have never been disappointed. The food is always good and the staffs are so polite and professional last night I took my family there for the restaurant 10th anniversary. We had a blast. The DJ did a great job and the belly dancing was amazing. I can’t wait to try their Turkish breakfast!”

“Today I went to the Jinya ramen restaurant and I went to the bar and ordered karaage chicken ramen and I received a good treatise from a server named Kimberly. By the way, the food and service and the place very well.”
“We brought my sister in law here who was visiting from Alabama. The appetizer selections were the tastiest I've had, and the food fresh and delicious! They also have lunch specials which I'll be back for!!!”

“The pulled pork was an experience to eat incredibly how good it was, the macaroni had the perfect amount of cheese and the fries were out of this world. Thank you.”
“If you like crab. Get here. The guy we had was amazing. Showed us what to do - you get fresh crabs on your table covered in these spices from heaven and then you barbarically tear them apart. The guy we had - skinnier white dude. I wish I knew his name. He took all the guess work out and showed us exactly how to get the most meat AND brought us a live one!!Very cool experience.”
“Finally went last night as I live a block away. The food was incredible, every dish hit. The service was warm and friendly, felt like I'd known them forever. Will be back!”

“We had an amazing experience! Everything was delicious, but the Okra Lamb Tajin was my favorite. Cannot recommend this place enough! I’m excited to go back and try the fish.”

“We went to check out the new Padaek in Arlington after having been to the Falls Church location a few times. This one is nice, service is amazing, and the food is good. Buuuuuuttttt, it's different...I like my food spicy, and knew to order it "Lao spicy". When it arrived at the table, I could see that it just had a bunch of chilis added. This gives it a bit of spice, but is more like a level 3 out of 5. It was just lacking the heat as when ordering spicy at the other location. Obviously, they don't want to overwhelm their guests with spice, but if you're asking for that level of heat, you obviously want it. Oh well...it's good, and the flavors are tasty...but the other location feels more authentic.”

“Great food....good service...they completely forgot our appetizer BUT made up for it with desert....key lime pie and some chocolate concoction my wife ordered. What a great environment in the Campbell Ave area.”

“Great place to celebrate Easter Brunch with the whole family. Delicious food and great service. They handled our party of 12 without a hitch. Thank you for being so accommodating.”
“Best place in space. Great food, professional employees and I love the variety they have. This is my go-to spot for any occasion.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly bread options”
“My friend had her baby shower upstairs, and I fell in love with the place. I’d driven by it many times, but had never gone in. I was surprised by how cozy and welcoming the space was. There was a ton of meter parking right out front. The woman who helped us plan the shower was Kelly. She is AMAZING! She was sooo helpful and very professional. I made sure to save her info for our next event! Wonderful experience all around.”

“We had heard great things about this restaurant and decided to celebrate a special occasion there some time ago. We absolutely loved it.The French onion soup was perfect, and the crab bisque was creamy and delicious. Our steak was cooked exactly as we had requested - medium well and juicy inside. We appreciated the classic interior decor, and the service was good. Overall, the experience was unforgettable.Parking: Although it has a free parking lot, it fills up fast, especially on the weekends.”
“The food at Seamores was delicious, the chips and guacamole were an especially tasty appetizer. I also had salmon and clam chowder. We had great service, I believe her name was Megan.”
“We had a blast here last night at trivia! It was five rounds of 11 questions and I loved how they covered many different topics. I also appreciated using a phone app to play, which definitely helped with hearing questions when the restaurant was packed and quite lively. For food, I got the blackened mahi-mahi and brussels sprouts. The mahi-mahi was scrumptious, tender and smoky from the grill. It was served over yummy cilantro rice and creamy/zesty lemon butter sauce. Needless to say, I wiped my plate clean! The brussels sprouts was also stellar - everything crispy in it from bacon to shallots to the actual brussel sprouts. It was served with bleu cheese, which rounded out the crispy heartiness with just the right amount of funk! We also sampled through a few of the delicious beers on tap from kolsches to sours. Service was prompt and great, too. What a fun time - hope to come back soon!”
“Food was amazing! You could definitely taste the quality of the meat. Our server Chris was great. Would definitely go back to do the passport which is worth the money! It is loud in there so keep that in mind.”
“I really enjoyed my time here. I was craving a little bit of Madrid and while trying to find a restaurant, I stumbled upon this place just a few minutes from my hotel.Right from the first encounter with the manager as I walked in, I knew I was going to like this place.Cristiano and Cristian behind the bar were great. The recommended all those amazing plates. I ended up doing a paella tapa as well as the Argentinian steak with chimichurri paired with a lovely Malbec.Remember, these are tapas, so the plates wont be giant. A couple of plates should get you to where you’d like. And the prices are very reasonable.I definitely recommend this place. I can’t wait to be back in Arlington so that I can go back and see my peeps. I made friends with the staff that night. They were truly one of the best restaurant staffs out there. Thanks Sabores team for a great first encounter!Parking: They share a parking garage with the apartment building. You can get your parking ticket validated by the staff before you leave. However, the first hour in the garage is FREE”
“I’ve always loved coming here! Great seafood all fresh, you can really tell the quality is there. As someone who’s actually not a big fan of Italian this is somewhere I really enjoy frequenting. Recommend there scallop squid ink ravioli, calamari, and tiramisu. Only thing I’ll say is parking can be tricky so leave some time to find some if you’re coming here.”
“Had brunch at this restaurant; the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Love the atmosphere and decor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone:)”
“As a lover of expertly crafted cocktails, I am incredibly grateful for Salt. In my humble opinion, North Arlington is lacking when it comes to craft cocktails so I'm happy Salt decided to fill this need. The cherry on top is the tasty food to go with the tasty cocktails!”
“A solid bar to stop in to get a few drinks and some bar food. The day we dropped in, we were hoping for more intricate cocktails, but we couldn't complain overall. The Old Fashioned was a solid middle of the road OF -- didn't absolutely love it, but also didn't absolutely hate it.”
“Ok this place has amazing chicken sandwiches. In DC it’s this place and Roaming Rooster as my go to spots for chicken sandwiches. Every place else just doesn’t matter. I’ve been eating their sandwiches since their inception from the chef school kitchen on Columbia Pike. You can taste the love in their food.”
“Did Saturday brunch at Coco B's and it was absolutely one of my favorite brunches in the entire DC area! The restaurant itself was very cool, turned what used to be whitlow's into a super nice vibe. Started with the guacamole and yucca fries for apps, both were awesome and a very sizeable portion size on the guac which was nice. Our group had several different meals including the breakfast burrito, avocado toast, hangover burger, and breakfast platter - we were all raving about each of our dishes, so good! The service was also amazing and brought all our items quickly and nailed every meal with any customizations we had requested. And we did the bottomless mimosas for $20 and they had a bunch of different fun flavors for us to get, and the staff was super on top of the refills, taking care of us whenever we were getting low/empty! Definitely will be back to this new spot, especially when the weather warms up and the roof opens! Can't wait!”
“It sounds like you had a fantastic experience at the bar! Friendly service, tasty drinks, delicious appetizers, and an inviting atmosphere definitely make it worth recommending. It's always a good sign when a place leaves you wanting to come back for more!”
“Hasib was amazing! He truly explained everything on the menu with such passion and was incredibly informative. He really made our experience and we will certainly be back. Hasib, thank you for pushing us to try different courses and drinks, and sharing your wealth of knowledge with us!Dietary restrictions: Completely accommodates any allergies and even asks at the beginning of the meal.”
“I had such a pleasant experience here last night. My boyfriend and I are new to the area, so we decided to check out this place since it wasn’t expensive and liked the items on the menu. Our waiter was very nice and the owner was very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our experience. I got the squid ink pasta, my mom is on a specialty diet and got the salmon, and my dad got the Bolognese. For dessert we got tiramisu. We highly recommend this place for the food, ambiance, and family like atmosphere.”
“I loved everything about this place. The food was amazing, the drinks were even better. Had the pleasure of having Andy as bartender and he is excellent. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Great vibe great decor! Nice indoor outdoor spot. The food is very flavorful and spice level is nice to be able to properly enjoy! Great pick, ramen was delicious as were the dumplings! Our server Ian was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.”
“This hotpot restaurant is fantastic! The flavors are authentic and delicious, truly capturing the essence of traditional hotpot. Plus, the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food you get. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic hotpot at a fair price!”

“I would hold my wedding reception at Bob and Edith’s. As a diner connoisseur, B&E’s accomplishes what few can: good food, great atmosphere, good price. The staff are friendly and personable. I have yet to try an item on their menu that has left me wanting. The pinnacle to diner establishments.”
“One thing my husband and I used to do every Friday after a hard work week when we lived in Mexico City was order a mess of tacos and just veg in front of the TV. Since we moved back to the U.S. a few years ago, we have missed those taco Fridays as we haven’t been able to find anything like we would have had down there. If you’ve ever wondered what authentic Mexican tacos—not Tex Mex, not weird fusion, not overpriced silly frou-frou nonsense—taste like, this is your place. I took one bite of a taco (literally don’t remember which one, they were all great) and said “oh my GOD.” Yes, it caused me to blaspheme. It tasted like home.”
“Kabob Palace is outstanding! The kabobs are always juicy and well-seasoned, paired with fresh, flavorful sides. The atmosphere is cozy, making every visit feel special, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. It’s a fantastic spot for authentic, delicious meals. Highly recommended!”
“Just a simple diner that offers a good healthy breakfast or lunch at a fair price. Service is very pleasant and assertive to your needs. I’ve always been satisfied when I left. Recommend for a good valued meal.”
“No complaints here so far. Very nice and informative waitress. Relatively fast food service and very fast coffee which suits me fine. The food was very tasty, and we felt satisfied. Would definitely return in the future.”
“Very modern designs thru out restaurant and bathrooms. But one of the smartest bathrooms that I ever been to. And the smartest stall that I ever been to. The stalls were smaller than the airplane stalls! I’m 5’2” and 140 lb and barely fit, hard time turnaround. Not for how others can use the bathroom at all. Other than that, all very clean and very pleased.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Happy meal. What else do you need to sayWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and room, just not in the bathroom”

“McDonald's remains a go-to for me when I'm craving something familiar and quick. Their menu, with its range of classic burgers and fries, consistently delivers on taste and convenience. I particularly enjoy their breakfast offerings, which are great for early morning starts. The staff at this location tends to be prompt and friendly, ensuring orders are correct and served in a timely manner. The drive-thru is especially efficient, making it easy for those quick meal runs. While there are many dining options out there, sometimes you just need the dependable taste of McDonald's.”
“They get my order right half the time and it's never too far off. I am disappointed that you can remove toppings but they charge for extra. I can see if it was bacon but for 1 extra pickle it was 70 cents. The staff aren't friendly but they are efficient.”
“Fast, friendly service. Had an issue with ordering on the app and they were able to rectify the problem immediately. Could use staff to clean tables faster but generally it is not bad.”
“The crew here is great. the Night Shift never has meatballs. The owner is lazy and doesn’t bring me meatballs. To the owner stop being lazy. This is the second store I’ve been to with the same owner and both have issues that make subway look bad.”
“Wow I mean, I often get scared when I have to go into McDonald to get my sinful treats or nuggets, but this McDonalds got it down packed. Nothing missing from the order, or horrendously wrapped burgers. The inside was really clean too, overall happy customer”

“Thrilled to have found this place while attending a training conference nearby. I am not ashamed to say I came here for lunch every day of the week The good: the atmosphere is as good as it gets for a pub. Quiet lunch stop, Friendly staff a traditional pub menu great whiskey selection and a gorgeous mirror backed ornate wood bar display. I swapped between both the Reuben and fish sandwich all week and highly recommend either. The bad: My major complaint is that this place is too far from my house but it may be good enough that I start looking for new apartments in the area. This is what it is to the maximum degree if you are in the mood for an Irish pub I don't think you can do better.”

“Excellent Customer service! I had a 3 hour layover and I'm so glad I chose to sit at Washington Pour Bar, I didn't feel the time fly by. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Wintana and Abby. They were every attentive and kept on checking in throughout my time there. I was pleasantly surprised at how appetizing their food was. Very inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!”
“Best ice cream shop in the DMV area! Absolutely love their Lychee gelato!! Love the atmosphere and the owner is super friendly and nice, he kept the place open well after 9 to serve us. Genuinely great place with awesome service with fresh ice cream.”
“Excellent food and customer service! It's the first visit and definitely not the last. Their food it's fresh and with a lot of flavor! We came as a large group and we all tried different dishes. The mixed grill (delicious), combo rice bowl (amazing), hummus (creamy and authentic), chicken (soft and flavorful) and stuffed grape leaves (tasty). Make sure you try both of their sauces, so so so good! Didn't get a chance to take a picture as we were eating as soon as the food touched the table :).The staff checked how was the food and if we needed anything during our visit.Overall, this will be our place to go for good food! You must try it, and you won't regret!”
“Great pho! Probably the best in the area. But, if you're expecting nice, courteous staff members, you won't find it here. Not to say they're mean, though. Their single purpose is to seat, serve, and separate you from the building to make room for the next people. Still, if you can look past the lack of friendliness, it's great pho!Parking: dd”
“Every time I come here, I'm reminded that I need to come here more often. They truly know their stuff and always give me top tier customer service. Grateful to have them as a staple in the community.”
“ThreeWhistles is a great spot to get some work done while having great food and a cup of coffee, or wine or beer. Has quiet sections for those that prefer minimal distractions while they work, and great live music on Friday nights.”
“Great vibe great decor! Nice indoor outdoor spot. The food is very flavorful and spice level is nice to be able to properly enjoy! Great pick, ramen was delicious as were the dumplings! Our server Ian was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.”
“This taco truck is located on 14th St in Arlington,Virginia, right off of Rt. 50 West. Not only are the tacos here delicious but the customer service is very good. The few times I drove by this food truck I noticed pretty decent customer lines which led me to believe this place sold delicious tacos. However on this day I was in luck because the truck did not have a line, on a Saturday evening. I could smell the grill as I crossed the street on my way to the truck. The ordering process was very easy and efficient. On this occasion I ordered Asada (beef) and Pastor (pork) tacos to-go. The tacos were full-flavor and delicious. Overall this was a good taco truck experience and one which I will try again when in the area. Give them a shot for your next taco experience.”

“Angolino’s has been my go to since moving to Arlington. Pizza’s good and price is sweet too. They also just remodeled the inside that created a ton more space. Nice job.”

“Food has always been very good. This was the first brunch foray and it did not disappoint. The plating illustrates how much pride they take in their food. It's not more pricey than the other Guapos I'm familiar with, but very much worth it. Let me stress how extraordinarily tasty the food is here and has been consistently over the last 4 years. You WILL love it. If you come for dinner, might I recommend the Seafood Enchiladas ? So good!”
“I went for iftar upon my friend's recommendation. Pleasant smells greet you as you enter. The salad bar is very fresh and very tasty. All the meats we tried were very delicious. The staff are great with their date treats, smiling faces and helpful attitude in every way. Especially the tea that came with it crowned the whole meal. You should definitely experience traditional Turkish flavors and desserts. We thank Mr. Akif and his team.”
“The food here is wonderful. Their chapli kabob were my favorite. So flavorful. Their Chana masala were also really good. Was not a fan of their spinach curry at all. And I really wish they had real cups for water. They only had small Styrofoam cups and you have to fill up the water yourself from the corner. Very annoying and takes away from the dinner experience. Such an easy thing to fix as well, will have a lot of impact in the customer comfort.”

“We are from South Texas - so I know good Tex-Mex. Love the flavors that we get from UJ's! Always delicious and always hot/fresh! We actually haven't ever eaten in the restaurant-just take out. But who we HAVE interacted with have been friendly. Tip: if you want refried charro beans you can ask for them. ;)”
“Came here for a smoothie. It was delicious! It was well worth and I will be returning. If you are in the area and want a smoothie, do yourself a favor and stop in! The gentleman who took our order was awesome!”
“I think having a compass drive through is a pretty epic amenity ! The coffee is hot / beans are smooth / staff is fabulous / service is quick ! I haven't been inside but what I see from the windows looks beautiful. Thrilled to have them !!!”
“Had a tasty Too Good To Go meal at City Kabob! I got the Kabob Platter which was a delicious mix of spicy Tandoori Chicken - perfectly cooked, soft, and seasoned. Very flavorful with a charcoal grill and was quite moist! Their Channa Masala was soft and packed a great spice blend that complimented the rice and chicken. The naan was a bit on the doughy side. The salad provided a fresh mix when combined with the spicy masala flavors. Overall, very delicious and good quality! Excited to try again!”
“One of the families favorite local restaurants. I have been here half a dozen times throughout the years. Stopped in this week, food was good, hot, very fast and in abundance! Will return!”
“A moderately efficient operation with the usual options, located right outside security in Terminal A. Extra points for lots of tables, and a corner location with tall giant windows producing both beautiful light and a nice view.”
“This location has been amazing at accommodating my gluten allergy. I have celiac disease, so it can be difficult to find chains that are willing to make it possible for me to eat their food with low risk of cross contamination. The Jimmy John's unwiches are perfect! Super hefty portions and fresh ingredients. The staff does everything they can to mitigate cross contamination (just call them/go in person to make sure they know about your allergy). I keep ordering from here because their staff continues to make sure my allergy needs are met, and they are a delight to talk to! Ben and his team are the best! Highly recommend -- celiac or not! :)”
“Great place, I went to the bathroom and farted so hard and loud. When I left the bathroom, all the employees were waiting on me, and gave me a big round of applause when I exited the bathroom. They told me that my flatulence was so amazing that they gave me a BK crown and all sang the “Whopper Whopper” song while holding hands. I promptly got down and twerked like there was no tomorrow. I truly did have it my way.”
“Tasty "shroomami" salad with mushrooms and tofu. Basically fast food, but quite healthy. Not many standard options that were vegan, but looked like you could build your own. I turned down the plastic lid... the bowl itself was card.Vegetarian options: Some vegan”
“Ordered sandwiches thru the APP for pickup. Ordering process was pretty easy on the app, pick up and accuracy of the order have a little bit of issue: 1. both of the sandwiches were missing hot peppers, mayo and mustard 2. the order was supposed to be placed on the pickup shelf in the store but I think the store was so busy and maybe understaffed the employees didn't have time to put out the ready pickup orders to the shelf. Had to wait a while there's a break before the staff can bring out my order. It was stressful because I had to watch that my car is ok, it was idling outside on an unofficial spot Overall, sandwiches are pretty good and order is easy. Execution of orders and pickup process could be better.”
“Low food, yummy price. Wait... i think i got something mixed up. LOL. have you been to Potbelly before? Do you have a general understanding of product quality and staff expectations? Would you consider eating at Potbellies again? Well look no further! This establishment has quality control food products that will put a smile on your face, and a pot in your belly (not really, but what im trying to say is hunger will be satisfied) I came here over half a dozen times, not once did service standards drop. Food, including milkshakes were uniform and consistently delicious, staff were nice and friendly people (but they werent so overly nice and friendly it got kinda creepy and awkward like you get with new target cashiers). I just loved the vibes I got from staff working here. Always positive, quick, motivated workers who always beat when it was the say "have a good day" time in the interaction. If you are in the area and hungry, me recommend eat here. food yummy yummy. Belly happy happy. people smiley smiley. just shut up and come here with your usual order, i promise you that you wont be disappointed.”
“Mambo sauce vs mumbo sauce as well as the sweet and spicy jam sauce. The mambo sauce was spicy. However the sweet and spicy jam sauce was not at all. It w as more sweet than anything else. I believe McDonald’s is trying to play a trick on words with their sauces because they did not meet my expectation. Of the two I like the mambo sauce. The customer service could be better. The cashier appeared agitated when I asked her to repeat the count for each choice of nuggets. Then went I went to pick up my order. I checked my bag and noticed the two different sauces I had asked for were not inside of my bag. When I asked for the other sauce I was told I would be charged. I shared that I would give once sauce back to them in order to receive the other sauce I had asked for. They agreed. However, if the cashier had gotten it correct when I placed my order the interaction would not have had to occur at the stage of pick up.”
“Every time I visit Taco Bell I feel very satisfied, good food and attention. The only thing I don't like it's the time it takes to get the food, I hope improve.”
“I dine at Popeyes chicken and that was my dinner.I ask for a cup for water and the cashier who is a man said that it would be a $0.50 cent charge.Asking for a courtesy cup with a $0.50 charge I don't think it's Fair.”
“I updated my review after having a bad experience. I spoke to the manager Joe who was very kind and understanding. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to me and all is good.”

“It sounds like you had a fantastic experience at the bar! Friendly service, tasty drinks, delicious appetizers, and an inviting atmosphere definitely make it worth recommending. It's always a good sign when a place leaves you wanting to come back for more!”
Cheap Eats
“This is a very good taco truck experience in Arlington, VA. The first time I visited was a Sunday evening and surprisingly the truck had a line of customers waiting to be served. To me this was a good indication that prepare good food. The ordering process was simple and where the truck is stationed there are a couple picnic tables off to the side for customers to eat their food on-site. The tacos here are delicious. I've tried their Asada and Pastor tacos, both of which are delicious and had all of the appropriate Mexican flavors you'd expect. I've also tried their quesadillas. On two separate occasions I ordered the chicken quesadilla and both times they were delicious. More importantly the way in which the quesadillas were prepared was consistent both times. What I like about their quesadillas is they just don't load them with melty cheese for the visual effect. It seems they use a Mexican blend cheese and an adequate amount. The flavor is present which I appreciate most. This isn't the normal cheesy quesadilla that is flavorless. Overall a very good experience. Give them a try.”
“PhoWheels, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. PhoWheels has consistently amazing food, the friendliest staff in the world, and a totally unique fusion concept. I've had the pork belly tacos twice, the bo-khirria banh mi, and I just barely managed to make myself not order the pork belly tacos a third time so that I could try the oxtail pho tacos. Their pho was absolutely delicious - I liked it even more than the bo kho - and there was such a generous amount of oxtail in the tacos that I scooped part of it directly into the pho and just ate both dishes that way. Their meat is always so tender and well-seasoned. Their roti is perfect - so buttery and soft and flaky. It's worth every penny, and I'm always trying to convince people to try it. You won't regret it! Fair warning that the seating is all outdoors, so plan to get the food to go when the weather isn't nice, but it's a really convenient location right by the metro with plenty of parking around, so it's easy to get to, and the food travels well in my opinion. Eventually I'll manage to try everything on the menu, or maybe just order the pork belly tacos 14 more times.”
“This restaurant delivers what matters most. Great food and great service. The food is fresh and flavorful. There is a wide selection! I have just opted to go down the menu everything is good. And the front end staff is patient, friendly and aims to please. Well worth the ride for excellent take-out!”
“Found this little gem while visiting Arlington Cemetery. Fresh fish, friendly service and reasonable prices. If you are in the area and want sushi this is the place to go!”
“If you love a good brisket...this is the place to go. I have had their brisket before when they catered from their home and to see them have a store presence now...they deserve it! Their brisket is juicy and deliciously seasoned. We tried the sandwich, chili, and mac n cheese with the brisket. The chili had too many tomatoes, but the other 2 were fantastic! We also tried their Dino Rib, this was a bit tough to chew. Cornbread was served with each dish, which was delicious and well made. Definitely go check them out, it's worth it! And they serve all halal.”
“The cuisine is exquisite, they are notably generous with their servings. It's flavorful and simply delightful. The naan bread is so good it’s fluffy but also a bit crispy at the same time. A must try!!”
“This place is a neighborhood classic. They keep the prices low (by Arlington standards) and the decor is awesome "mom's kitchen throwback". May it never, never change. I don't love everything they make, but since they make about 87,000 different things, you can find something. Their emphasis is old style German baking with Christian and Jewish calendar seasonal flourishes. This is, for instance, the first place I ever had a "hot cross bun"-- like in the children's poems. (They had them for Easter). And they have a great sandwich bar where I always get egg salad. The quiches are good too. They have coffee and real German sausages that look delicious too. And a nice seating area in front of a huge window. There's always room. So basically, you could spend all day here eating, drinking coffee, reading, looking out the window, and planning your next meal. That would be a great day. (PS: parking is annoying but do-able)”
“What an amazing hidden gem! This unassuming taco truck has some amazing food. From queso birria to lengua tacos, you can't go wrong with. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended!!”
“Mumu is the greatest! The food is fresh and delicious and always has a special touch - like the deliciously seasoned potatoes on the side of the sandwiches. Also, the owner Jermaine is a great guy and always goes the extra mile. My favorite is the avocado caprese. You may think you’ve had a lot of avocado toast, but you’ve never had one as fresh and delicious as this one. Get over to Mumu on Langston Blvd underneath Moms - parking is easy, too!”
“Rober (Robert) makes the best breakfast sandwich on the planet! As an airline employee, I find myself eating in airports regularly.I tried the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit at Timber Pizza for the first time ever and I must say that it was incredible. The freshly baked biscuit was fluffy on the inside and toasty on the outside. The chopped bacon mixed and melted perfectly with the egg and cheese and the sandwich was served hot, fresh and delicious. Timber's breakfast sandwich might be slightly more expensive than the other options at DCA but not only was it hot, fresh and delicious but it was very hearty! When Robert handed me the sandwich, I immediately noticed how heavy it was. It's twice the weight of the breakfast sandwich from the other places but, being freshly made and baked, did not sit in the stomach heavy.I'm looking forward to my next stop at DCA airport to enjoy another bacon, egg and cheese biscuit from Timber Pizza in E Gates.Thank you, Robert!”
“After finishing some errands and searching for a while, we stumbled upon this coffee shop nearby. We were impressed with the ambiance of the place - the large windows let in plenty of light, and the shop was crowded with people working on their laptops or reading, which indicated its popularity. The coffee tasted great, and we found their matcha latte to be the best in the area, surpassing its competitors.”
“At the beginning it was slightly difficult find. But we found them at the corner of Piedmont and Pershing. The tacos taste great!!I tried Pastor, Barbacoa and Carne asadaI like them all but my favorites were Pastor!I would highly recome and DEFINITELY coming back!”
“They're doing an excellent job of carrying the torch in a spot that has served as a neighborhood staple coffee shop for decadesBeware, they've found major traction on social media over the last year or so, and are well-deservedly extremely crowded every weekend morning as a result”
“Very good bar/vegan food. Prices seem all over with place, with some items overpriced and some quite cheap. Example: burger for $16, but a generous plate of eggplant fries + dipping sauces for $3. In total, it was about $30 for a burger, fries and a beer for one person. Maybe I’m just not used to DC prices, but it felt expensive. Good vegan food, though, and fast, friendly service.Vegetarian options: Full menu is vegan”
“Had been away for a while (I used to to their affiliated restaurant Burger Delite before it closed) but had been craving a good half smoke forever. Ahhh...just like old times!! The smokes are still great and I had my long time comfort food, a fried bologna, egg & cheese on toast and some potato wedges. The place is still a precision clockwork machine and the prices are still affordable even in these times. Because it closes a 6 PM I can only make it there on Saturdays (or the occasional doctor's appointment day) but it is still one of my cherished spots. Long live Weenie Beenie1!!!”
“Every time I come here, I'm reminded that I need to come here more often. They truly know their stuff and always give me top tier customer service. Grateful to have them as a staple in the community.”

A Modo Mio
“For appetizers- we ordered the burratta e funghi and also the foccaccia bread. Both were delicious. The highlight was the pizza! We were a party of 6 and tried three different pizzas, and all were delicious! We also tried both the gnocchi dishes (formaggi and sorrentina), they were ok. The best dish of all was the tiramisu! We liked it so much we had to order multiples. Friendly staff, good amount of parking..”

“Incredible Moussaka and Kofta ... Atmosphere was perfect which included popular Turkish and Greek music in the background... Highly recommend ... A go-to if you are in northern Virginia and DC ”
“My son and I have been coming to the Mosaic location weekly since the beginning of the pandemic and have never been disappointed! The service is always extraordinary. Brenda is truly one of the best servers and Marina is always backing everyone up and making sure the customers are truly happy! The prices are very good and the food incredible. We will continue to make this a regular part of our lives!Thank you everyone!”

“Had brunch at this restaurant; the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Love the atmosphere and decor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone:)”
“I absolutely love the food at BGR!! The burgers are simply the BEST I have ever had and so JUICY!! With my burger I got the garlic parmesan fries and a milkshake which were very good. I always tell my friends and coworkers every time I dine at BGR. I love the rustic look inside BGR and the classic album covers posted on the walls as well.Parking: Typical shopping center parking lot Always plenty of parking whenever I dine at BGR.”
“I want to give a shout out to Mr. Ham, Jobbi, and MJ. I stayed at a hotel near this fine establishment and I visited it quite frequently for dinner. Their omakase is absolutely incredible, and sitting at the bar watching them prepare the food was an awesome experience. They were very kind, and super welcoming. They have an vast understanding of the meals they are preparing for you, and they only use premium cuts. Literally the meat melts in your mouth, it was sooooo good. I will definitely visit them again on my next trip out. I stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks, and this was the only restaurant I went to eat at more than once. They made me feel like I was family, they new what I wanted when I walked in, and they remembered our previous conversations from nights prior and were very engaging. I would highly recommend to anyone who inquires. Hands down one of the best restaurants experiences in the area.”

“Seen this place while exploring Virginia with the family. The place was completely booked and the lady at the front 'Sun' was extremely friendly and nice enough to fit us in. She made us feel so welcomed and we had a great time trying a few happy hour wine selections! Definitely coming back in the future to try some food.”
“I've been a loyal fan of an Ethiopian spot in Atlanta for YEARS so I was hesitant about trying some place new. Enjera did NOT disappoint. Excellent food. Prompt service. Friendly staff. AND reasonable prices.”
“Zen is my "go to" place in Arlington. Cozy, intimate wine bar that's attached to Asia Bistro, a traditional Asian fusion restaurant. The staff and management are friendly, personable, and always a pleasure to chat with, which is why Zen has such a large cadre of reglars.”

“The hubby and I came here on Sunday, 3/24/2024, when we arrived the restaurant was basically empty, so we were sat right away and asked where we wanted to sit. Our server brought over water right away and soon after we ordered a California roll (me) and the hubby got one unagi sushi for a dollar (a special). The California roll was fresh, well rolled and really delicious, my husband said the same for the unagi. My husband also got the chicken thigh yakatori for three bucks, it was brought out hot, tender and delicious. For our entrees, we both got Tonkotsu, we added an extra egg and shared it, so we would each have one full egg in our ramen instead of just a half. The Tonkotsu was fire, the broth was hot and buttery, egg perfectly cooked and yolky, the pork was tender and flavorful and overall just great. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. One final note, service was great and friendly!”
“Really good chicken sandwich, very juicy and crispy. Ordered mild based on prior reviews, in hindsight would have ordered medium. Coleslaw and pickles were really good. Waffle fries were good but considering I was the only person in the restaurant, they were warm but not hot. Restaurant was freezing inside.”

Coco B's
“Mario has been a very good server, he comes before we even need him. I’d recommend coming to ambar just because of mario, he makes the experience way better than needed to be!! Thank you Mario!!!”
“My family and I go to Circa go all the time and were never left disappointed. Food is great and so is the staff. When we went last night it was busy, as usual, which was fine because they’re usually very good at dealing with that however this time it was different. Our server was not attentive and changed halfway through our meal. However we still didn’t receive attentive service. Our server seemed like they were in a rush and wouldn’t come for long periods of time. Other than that, it was still a good meal.”
“Stopped for dinner before flying home because the plane was delayed for 2 hours, so we had to grab something to eat first. The food was delicious, the music and the staff were good, it's unbelievable that there is this level of service in an airport.”
“McNamara’s is a delightful fusion of traditional Irish fare and modern twists that caters to all. “I went for dinner with my friend and can’t say enough good things about this place and food or their best manager Abdallah he was sweet enough to give us some more grace time.”
“Our favorite French restaurant in NOVA and an absolute gem. Service and cuisine are truly classic in a real bistro setting. They get everything right and I'm happy to continue to frequent their establishment. Bravo to owners and staff.”
“I came to your establishment this month to celebrate my birthday and I had an amazing waitress named Danielle who made me and my table feel special and then the manager on duty Emmanuel Winston topped off her services with his and brought me cheese cake for my birthday between the both of them I gladly give you and them 7 stars because 5 stars isn't enoughWheelchair accessibility: Wide isles”

“Quick bite for tacos and similar fare. Non-complex ordering. Write a quantity and receive your order. I had birria taco, carne asada taco and small guacamole with a cola. My guest had rice and beans and a steak taco (kids meal) with a watermelon agua fresca. Total bill with tip $46”
“Outstanding experience at this Outback! The food was great and made it to our table correct and quickly. The drinks were good. The atmosphere was great. Our server, Jared, was fantastic! His service and recommendations were spot on, and he did a great job of checking in on us routinely. He definitely made my wife and I feel welcomed and valued! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in!”
“Great spot for brunch in Arlington. The GPB waffle was the perfect waffle and the American Breakfast was a great accompaniment to the waffle. The cheesy hash browns are so unique and tasty. The food came out quickly and the service was great. Great spot for an Easter brunch.”

“The food here is excellent. We got the Sherpa soup was very tasty, as was the vinaigrette salad. The Plov is the national dish of Uzbekistan was wonderful. The staff was amazing and they took good care of us. It is a nice quiet place in the heart of Ballston.”
“We made a meal of appetizers and every dish was delicious! The garlic hummus was amazing, and I loved the lebneh too. We brought selections back for our teens and they also loved them. The baklava was made fresh that day and was exquisite. If I am not mistaken, the pastry was house made too!”
“Ballston Local is not just a restaurant; it's a beacon of culinary delight, casting a warm and welcoming glow over the neighborhood. With its super friendly service and an atmosphere as inviting as a family gathering, this spot is a testament to the joy of shared plates and hearty conversations. Our culinary journey at Ballston Local was nothing short of a gastronomic festival, celebrating the finest in casual dining with a twist of sophistication. The Mama's Meatballs, nestled in herbed ricotta and accompanied by perfectly grilled garlic bread, were so tender and flavorful as if every bite whispers a secret recipe passed down through generations, served with a dollop of love. The Caprese Crostini was a symphony of flavors, harmonizing the saltiness of prosciutto with the freshness of tomato and arugula, all elevated by a drizzle of balsamic reduction that danced on the palate. It wasn't just an appetizer; it was an aria, sung by the ingredients in perfect pitch.Pizza lovers, rejoice, for the Sausage & Roni Pizza is a masterpiece of dough, cheese, and cured meats. The blend of pepperoni, Italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan, and basil was a testament to the power of simple ingredients coming together to create something magical. Each slice was a ticket to an Italian countryside. The Italian Pork Store Special sandwich was a hearty homage to the classic Italian deli experience, with layers of prosciutto, sopressatta, ham, and fresh mozzarella, accented by roasted peppers and arugula, then kissed with vinaigrette. It was a hearty handheld feast that transported us straight to the streets of Rome, one savory bite at a time. And then, there was the Blumont Burger, a burger behemoth that stood tall and proud. The caramelized onions, gorgonzola, arugula, and bacon came together in a beautiful, messy, glorious union, all slathered in burger sauce that could only be described as "nectar of the gods." It was the kind of burger that demands your attention, commanding the stage with the poise of a seasoned actor. I'm not usually a fan of blue cheeses, but I would come back for this. The beverage menu at Ballston Local was a parade of liquid joy. From a beer and wine list that is both satisfying and inviting to a fun and tasty cocktail menu that sparked conversation and laughter like the "Spa Day" made with gin, lavender simple syrup, and lime juice sparkling with gold flakes, every sip was a celebration of good taste and great company.Overall, Ballston Local, in essence, is more than a restaurant--It's a place where every dish is a discovery, every drink a delight, and every visit a return to a place where you're always welcome.”
“Went for Easter dinner with my family. My father went there often many years ago. They were fast, fun and the food was delicious. The server was personable but not obtrusive. We'll definitely go back.”
“I come here quite often when I am in the area to grab take out or get a delivery. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful and the food is fantastic as well. The fatty tuna is delicious and reminded me of the ones that I got in Tokyo and at Tsukiji market. This is my go-to place for sushi ? So if you are looking for a quality meal, this is your place!”

Cafe Colline
“Excellent food, excellent service! My wife and I had been trying to go to this place for quite some time (place is booked weeks in advance and for a good reason) so we finally booked a reservation to go with some friends and we all had a really good experience. I would have to disagree with some of other reviews on the service. Our waiter (and at least one other that was serving the table next to us) were very attentive, they had pretty good knowledge of the menu (including good recommendations on wine and dessert liqueuers), and service was fast and no errors on our orders. And the food was pretty authentic! Definitely try the Escargots and Beet salad (Betteraves - if you like beets you are going to love this salad). For mains we got Loup de Mère a(Sea Bass), Confit Canard and Steak Frites. Steak was perfectly cooked and the Sea Bass' almond-capers beurre was delicious (perfect amount of this butter sauce in the dish). My wife favorite French dish is the Confit Canard and Cafe Colline knows how to make it. She loved it. I tried some and I'll definitely will be back for that dish. And don't skip dessert, plenty to choose from (Creme Brulee, Pots de Creme and Olive Oil Cake were our choices, and they did not disappoint!). Make sure you plan ahead, as again this place is pretty booked most of the time.”
“Overall a pleasant experience. The wings were a great size and nice and crispy. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the ranch tasted a bit off and bland for my liking. The Mac and cheese was good but for $11 it wasn’t enough.”

Thai Square
“Undoubtedly, this is the best Thai restaurant in the DMV. They consistently serve the most authentic Thai dishes with exceptional taste and flavors. I have no complaints and highly recommend this place to everyone!Food: Endless menu items and delicious. They offer familiar Thai dishes like Pad Thai and papaya salad and unfamiliar Thai dishes that other places don't have. What I like most about their food is that they use authentic spices and recipes that are close to the original taste.Ambiance: Cozy and warm. The place is decorated with nostalgic Thai elements from childhood snacks, etc.Service: Top-notch professional waitresses that go above and beyond.”

“I'm so happy these guys are still in business in spite of changes over the year. I get sushi lunch there as often as I can.Like anywhere else, sushi is not cheap. But it's very tasty and they give generous portions!”
“This is a good-bar that's reasonably priced. Food and service are great. Real people go hereVegetarian options: You can leave meat off some items. The Westover Melt is veggie and delish.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right in”
“What a hidden gem. Have wanted to stop by first some time and glad I did. The owner was there and was unbelievable in making you felt welcome. Enjoyed some conversation with her and others and also had plenty of quiet time to enjoy a book I was reading. It was the perfect mix where people know how to treat everyone else around. Had 2 gallses on Red - 1 that I picked and one the owner recommended. Both were great and price is on point for the quality but a stel for the location, service, and atmosphere.”
“Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious service was good only one girl working but But service was not lacking it takes a while to get your rolls and your orders but it's worth the weight very delicious and the prices were very reasonable”

“Amazing traditional rolls and vegan roll options that vary seasonally. Fast and friendly service. Might consider making a reservation because the place is small and always busy for dinner.”
“1. Food is amazing I ate pesto genovese with penne paste loved it, I recommend adding without garlicmy son ate penne Alfredo ,they have this complementary rosemary loaf bread which is amazing , we ordered garlic with cheese bread so we were over stuffed had to take it to go2. Attentive while being busy checking on drinks3. More parking in back also it’s okay to park at the salon spots confirmed withy he restaurant on 4/4/24 8pm”
“This place is outstanding! Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, reasonable price, incredible beer selection! The bar tender was very knowledgeable and helps us pick out what we loved. We had salads and pizza. Very fresh ingredients. And we got to help some lucky local dogs and cats. A win!”
“Fantastic Irish and restaurant. The setting was great for a date night or a night to watch NCAA basketball or in our case, both! We shared the goat cheese salad as a starter and the chocolate lava cake as a dessert with a delicious meal in between. In addition to the ambience, the server was exceptionally friendly, and made our experience all the better. Right in the heart of Shirlington and close to free parking in the parking garage.”
“World class dining with smiling service. The food is amazing, and Javier was lovely, flexible and knowledgeable. We made last minute changes and they got us our orders to us perfectly food is very high quality. It is not cheap, however the food is still better than what you pay for. The best Italian restaurant in the DMV area. I also love that they make the pasta in front of windows so you can see.”
“I'm sooo in love with this place!!! I first learned about them while I was door-dashing one late night and decided to give them a try!!! I ordered some chicken wings all flats, well done & extra wet. And to my surprise these have to have been some of the best chicken wings ever!!! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and they also deliver!!We're all so caught up at ordering at these corporate places that we forget to give these small businesses a try!! But trust and believe you will not be disappointed!! And no I am in no way affiliated with this restaurant. Just a frequent shopper. Oh yeah and btq, they make their own ranch and blue cheese deeping sauce, not those sauces that come out of the packets.”

“I attended the Cherry Blossom Tea this weekend with five friends, and it was pretty nice! Two people in our party had strict dietary restrictions (gluten free and dairy free), and they were perfectly accommodated. I do agree with what a few others have said about the service taking a while (our seating was at 2:30 and we didn’t finish until 4:30, making us a little late for a 4:45 event we were all going to). The tea was lovely though and the desserts + tea sandwiches were surprisingly filling! Not to mention the complementary mimosas were an added bonus. The price was a little high at $110 per person, but I guess it is the Ritz. We had purposefully picked this tea experience because it was supposed to be a little bit less compared to some other cherry blossom teas in the DMV, but it ended up being about the same. The restaurant was also a little bit loud, but overall it was a pretty good experience I’d recommend, especially if you have friends with dietary restrictions.”
“One of my go to places for ramen. Both dine in and takeout. They have a great happy hour and large selection of sushi. Both their sushi and ramen are SO GOOD. Best ramen in ”
“Unhappy looking waitresses. Love the food - but not the service (just because of the vibe). Could be much better if the people bringing you the food at least pretended they like what they do.”
“Such a cute restaurant for special occasions. Chill and quiet atmosphere and top-notch services. Slow paced meal that I found very relaxing. Their chocolate and cheese fondues are to die for!”
“This place is amazing for its food quality & quantity! The atmosphere brings neighbors and travelers together under one roof . Temple is the best bartender around , he always takes care of his customers!”
“I love the food here! They have new sandwiches and dishes rolling out semi-regularly. It's a great mix of Sichuan and a great chicken sandwich. If you are afraid of spice I think the Hot Boy spice level is not too spicy at all! Just be warned it is a play off of nashville hot chicken sandwiches so the sandwiches are wetter than your average chicken sandwich. The Taj ma hot and the Hot Boy deluxe-club sandwich are my go to orders, the Ube coffee is a nice creamy sweet treat as well. Service is overall good, the person working the front is nice and patient, you can order at the kiosk. Sometimes the food takes some time because they fry and prepare everything right after you order so it stays fresh, but it is worth the wait!Dietary restrictions: The chicken is HalalParking: This location is in the Ballston mall so their is a convenient parking garage attached to the building. There is also free street parking if you can find it.Kid-friendliness: Has non-spicy options for kids and fun drinks.”
“Had the opportunity to experience this dining venue for a Sunday brunch, recommended by family member. The brunch menu at first was a little confusing as to what our quantity of options we were entitled to, once that was clarified enjoyed a delightful meal of fried chicken & waffles -brussel sprouts-deviled eggs -berry mixed topping pancakes -crab cakes and a mimosa. The only thing that wasn’t too pleasant was the waiter assigned to us -he didn’t seem very customer friendly-I don’t even think he introduced himself. However his slack was taken up by a wonderful young lady by the name of Allie -very friendly -took the time to explain the menu -when an ordering mistake had been made -corrected it and provided a alternative, she made the experience so much better -excellent customer service”
“We came in for takeout for a crowd. Drew was very helpful with recommendations. The food was just awesome the brisket was falling apart, the chicken has a great sauce on it, ribs were tender, sides were great. Highly recommend this ”
“Great food. Service can be tough these days with low staff levels, but....This was still remarkably poor, slow, indifferent service. Sadly the server seemed experienced. She tried to make her problems our problems. My prior first visit had been great. This visit wasn't.”
“Took my brother here a few weeks ago when he visited. Food was awesome!!! Lamb chops were phenomenal and sauces were on point as well. Service was excellent. Would totally hit this joint again whenever I’m in the area!”
“Nothing but good things to say about Liberty Tavern and our server Andrea! It was a large party (13 people) and the service, food, and ambiance was great! We were seated fast, and our food and drinks came out quickly!”
“My husband and I love Maison Cheryl. The food is very authentic and always top quality. The staff is always so friendly and I love that the chef is always freshening the menu. We hosted my bridal shower here and it was SO fabulous!”

Guajillo
“Guajillo is my go-to spot for awesome Mexican food! Seriously, I can’t believe I haven’t written about it sooner. Been here 7+ times and, it’s like a party! The salsa is always fresh, and they never disappoint with their tasty dishes. My kids are obsessed with the cheese quesadillas, and I can’t get enough of the sombrero salad. And guess what? The shrimp camarones Al ajillo? Pure yum! And do try the El Pepino! If you want to get some seriously good Mexican grub, Guajillo is the place to be. Trust me, you won’t regret it!”

Endo Sushi
“Endo Sushi is my only sushi place because of the love, care, and pride they demonstrate at every visit. I have been a patron of Endo for almost ten years and have come to know Endo, the owner and sushi chef, as well as his lovely and attentive family members that serve as wait staff and hostesses. For me, they are family to me and my daughter. If you want sushi and Japanese cuisine made with love and pride, as well as a place to become family, Endo Sushi is your Japanese home. I absolutely love every visit home.”
“Service was friendly, welcoming, and some of the best I have experienced recently. The manager was great. Such a pleasant and fun dining experience. The food was delicious and there was an abundance of options. Highly recommend.”

Asia Bistro
“While on a work trip to Virginia last week, I naturally had to satisfy my adventurous taste buds with some new eats. I tried Asia Bistro, located in Pentagon City. It is in this cute outdoor mall! I ordered the Strawberry Blush Boba with Coconut Milk, Steamed Chicken Dumplings, and Avocado Roll. The boba was amazing. The combination of fresh strawberry puree and creamy coconut milk was pure heaven. Seriously, the BEST boba I've ever had! The Chicken Dumplings were light, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off my meal. The avocado roll did not disappoint! It was fresh, perfectly balanced, and just as satisfying as any avocado roll I've had elsewhere. Asia Bistro's adorable and intimate setting paired with the friendly wait staff created a delightful dining experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced.”
“I got the Bar Harbor Lobster Roll with bacon and Clam Chowder. Absolutely delicious. The server behind the counter was friendly and helpful. A little pricey at almost $40 (including drink) but it was good.”
“This Michelin star restaurant’s pizza are the freshest of all! Ultra Woodfired and great flavours. Tiramisu is delicious! I’d recommend this place for vegetarians ?”
“Came here for just a shot after work and ended up in a great places with great food.My bartender dimitri was honestly the best. He took care of me and my friends the whole time one of the best servers/bartenders I’ve had yet. I’ll definitely be back!”
“We came to Mejana for my mother's birthday. The service was ok, server was young and there may have been a language barrier. Because we were a large party we were told our only option on the menu was the Lebanese Journey which turned out to be basically a large sampler of many menu items from apps, meats and 1 dessert. I was able to explain that in one sentence but while we were at the restaurant that simple explanation was not given. We had about 20 people in our party and were all very confused. The menu doesn't really give an explanation, the waiter wasn't stating it in a way we could understand and finally the manager came and broke it down for us lol. The food ended up being delicious and the drinks were nice also. I really liked the hibiscus martini and my mom loved her mocktail (which they mad a good selection of). My suggestion would be to add an explanation for what the levonese journey is on the menu and also detail that the "mixed grill" is a variety of grilled meats. I assumed it was grilled vegetables since there was no detail on meat and the chicken shwarma was derailed separately. With all the confusion it took us a very long time to order, we had several children with us who got antsy with the wait for the food once it finally was ordered. Aside from the confusion the establishment had very nice decor and we enjoyed our time celebrating my mom. Be aware that the desert that comes w the Journey is a baklava that's the size of a quarter and what looked like a tablespoon of custard, incredibly tiny portions lol so be prepared ? but still delicious. The staff were very patient w our confusion and tried their best to explain.”
“The food is really good, and the service is friendly and fast, but the decor/ambience feel a bit dated, or cheaper than average. From the tabletops to the plates and silverware , most things around you feel on the cheaper side, which is a shame, especially when the food is that good.”

“Absolutely loved dining at this Persian restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that truly delighted my taste buds. Every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the richness and depth of Persian cuisine. We had Adas Polo with mast-e mosir and Dough and we took Kale Pacheh home. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another flavorful journey!”

CHIKO
“Nice weather today 60s, we are seating outside. Entertained with Mexican music from neighbor. Food comes fast, the service is excellent, staff asking what we need frequently, they fill up water and bring extra napkins. We enjoy the food, love the fusion taste. Orange Chicken is very unique, it is crispy!! Until next time.”
“The staff are very nice and helpful, the food is 10/10 we tried their butter chicken and chicken vindaloo with garlic nan. Definitely will be back to try more dishes!”
“Highly recommend the pizza and PFMTB. Lots of treats and snacks to look through while you wait for your sandwiches to be made (they also have ready-made sandwiches available).”

“Wasn’t really in the mood for this.. But when you pass a place like this in a Mall food court you have to check it out!. And was pleasantly surprised! Had the hot Cheeto dog and the ramen! Both were great! Like being at the fair in the mall!”
“Tai was great and provided wonderful service. The spring rolls and vegetarian rolls were amazing along with the garlic fried spare ribs. Spicy beef noodle soup had my wife who hates fishy broths but the base for her soup was perfectly flavored. The prices were really good and we feed a family of 4 with 4 drinks and 1 cocktail for about $40pp.Oh I forgot I had the Pad Thai which was saucy and had a nice meat to noodle ratio.”
“It was the first time for us to go to Gyukaku in the US although we tried them in Japan several times. They have a different menu from the Japanese one and the dipping sauces on the table are also different but they keep the Japanese service level which we expected, so we were glad to come here to enjoy the Yakinuku BBQ.We were tempted to order the all you can eat in a hour because it looked like a good deal. However we are pros so we decided to order the cuts of meat that we like the most. All the cuts were great and marinated well. The cooking surfaces were cleaned and they even replaced it during our meal so that all the food can cook cleanly and properly which we appreciated. The matcha cake was also good and would pair well with a plum wine sake.Would recommend coming here to give the diy Yakinuku a try in DC.”
“Had a great time hanging out with friends last weekend. Bronson is typically a popular location; so I was glad we were able to find a table. They do take reservations; so something to consider if you are planning a visit. We ordered a couple Dunkel beers, giant stuffed pretzel with jalapeños, tater tots, fries, and sausages for the table. One of my friends also ordered a salad, which she said was good. We enjoyed all the food and beer. We also played a couple board games, which they have several stacks of near the kitchen. I'd definitely come back. Thanks for a great experience!”
“Loved their burgers. But they always forget to make the shake. I shouldn't have to remind them, and if I finish my meal and remind someone his priority should be to get my shake, not do other stuff. And if I have to remind you a second time, the same.”
“This place is just amazing. I keep coming back every time in in Arlington. Great brunch spot with very reasonable prices. Food is excellent and drinks are great!”

“I come here often, but wanted to shout out this morning’s barista. He made my drink wrong by accident and insisted on remaking it for me even though I told him it was fine to just scrape off the extra whipped cream. I thought it was so nice of him because even though it was extremely busy, he chose to remake it despite me telling him it was ok.”
“Metro 29 is a good place to experience the classic American diner experience. Lots of options for breakfast, plenty of space to seat (get a booth!) and attentive service (they will make sure there's always plenty of coffee in your mug!). Extra kudos for the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck pancakes, my son just loves them. Parking is easy at the back of the buildingParking: Park at the back of the building, plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes are the kids favorites”
“Best pizza in the area. Recommend Persian pizzas including Jambon, beef and mushroom, tanoory pizaa and makhloot pizza. Easy to order by phone and the cellphone apps. Highly recommended if you look for special exclusive pizza.”
“I have been going here for bagels since as longer as I can remember, having grown up in Arlington. I've lived in New York as well as out west so I have tried very many bagels, some amazing and some very much not. These bagels always hit the right spot and the everything bagels have the perfect amount of seasoning! I think they skimp a bit on the cream cheese (in comparison to New York) and prices have gotten a bit high but what hasn't nowadays with inflation? The employees are efficient and always get my order right; even making sure to give me a fresh bagel if a new batch comes out while they're fixing my order. Only thing I miss is their retired parma-peppercorn cream cheese from many years ago which was cheesy, oniony, and so delicious!”
“Recently moved from DC to Chicago and had a great experience with Matthew’s. The team (shoutout to Kinte, Alex, Bobby, Edgar, and Ty) was super friendly and communicative and made the long distance move about as stress-free as it could’ve been. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”
“Quintessential American-Italian restaurant. Red checkered tablecloths that are fuzzy on the underside, battery operated candles, pasta cooked way past al dente. Chianti in a carafe as perfect table wine. Service excellent- above and beyond.”
“I always go to this store since 2018 I moved to Woodbridg 2021 but I steal go in that store, because all the works have the same excellent services and good stuff also reasonable price.”
“Stop by if you’re hitching a flight on AA in the Terminal C area (C27 specifically). Martha, Sebrina and Maraki are top tier! Fantastic customer service, highly recommended!”
“Pleasantly surprised with the brisket sandwich from the truck at the zoo. Great flavor and not a bad portion size either. Good sauces as well. I understand how other reviews knock the price, but let’s be honest about the current economy and location. Where else are you going to find great BBQ at the National Zoo?”
“Angolino’s has been my go to since moving to Arlington. Pizza’s good and price is sweet too. They also just remodeled the inside that created a ton more space. Nice job.”
“Had brunch at this restaurant; the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Love the atmosphere and decor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone:)”
“I'm so happy these guys are still in business in spite of changes over the year. I get sushi lunch there as often as I can.Like anywhere else, sushi is not cheap. But it's very tasty and they give generous portions!”

“Aboelaziz was our waiter. Great personality and remember us from a previous visit. He made us feel at home and we brought to his attention about the bill he fixed it quickly and comp us for desert. Good was delicious and had some great take home. Recommend this place.”
“Excellent food, up-to-date surroundings. Tupelo Honey's biscuits and blueberry jam are a savory & sweet combination that is the perfect start to the meal. I had the shrimp po' boy. The shrimp are doused in a chipotle sauce that had just enough heat to elevate the experience above the norm. I also tasted the pork shoulder and immediately regretted not getting it instead!”
“Food: 4/5 My boyfriend ordered the filet which he said was good, I ordered the salmon which I thought was yummy but overcooked. The sauce it was in was delicious though. We split the truffles fries which were good also, typically can't go wrong with a good truffle fry! Service: 3/5 Our waiter was decent, seemed to be preoccupied causing him to not be as attentive, but I'd say he was still nice and direct. The wait for the food was extremely long though, it was about 40 to 45 minutes, causing us to be late to our next destination. Ambiance: 5/5 The views were amazing, especially at a window seat (which they were able to accommodate for us after about a 15 minute wait.) On top of that the playlist was solid with kaytranada in the rotation! All in all I'd rate the experience altogether a 4/5, it was a nice place to celebrate a birthday dinner, with great views, and decent food, just wished the food didn't take so long.”
“We weren't planning to eat here. Instead, we had a reservation for brunch in DC. However, Metro was really screwed up. Long story short---track work and a disabled train at Pentagon City meant a slow ride that got slower when the train stopped at McLean and had to sit there for several minutes. We realized that we wouldn't make our reservation so my husband called the restaurant to cancel. So...we had to come up with Plan B. We got off at Virginia Square where I looked to see what was open. Right across the street, Medium Rare was open. We decided to give them a try. It was too late for brunch so, we had a very early dinner. Having never been to Medium Rare, I knew next to nothing about their menu. We were greeted and seated by a very nice employee. He took us to a two top and asked if it was okay, which it was. He gave us menus. It was then we noticed that the only item on the menu was a fixed price dinner. If I recall correctly, the meal was $28 per person. It comes with bread and butter, a simple mixed green salad and the main course which is coulotte steak, fries and "secret sauce". That was fine for us. To drink I had a "Lavender 75" which our server said had gin, lavender syrup and champagne in it. It turned out to be a good drink---flavorful and not too strong. My husband had a glass of Malbec. Our server was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the menu. We asked her how she would recommend ordering the steak. She said "medium" which we decided to do. The bread came first. It was sliced and soft in the middle with a nice crust. Salad was next. It had a vinaigrette dressing and in addition to the mixed greens, a few sliced cherry tomatoes. This salad was splendid in its simplicity and we both enjoyed it. The main course arrived shortly after we finished our salads. The fries were piping hot and flavorful. As for the steak and "secret sauce" (which was basically a gravy) --- the gravy had good flavor that complimented the meat and the fries. The coulotte steak isn't the most tender cut around but it was sliced thinly and easy to eat. After we finished our main course, we were talking about getting dessert. No sooner did we discuss it but another server came to our table and put more meat, "secret sauce" and fries on our plate! We hadn't realized that everybody gets seconds! So...we ate the meat and a few fries as we still wanted dessert. For my dessert, I chose the hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream, while my husband chose the key lime pie. I hadn't had a hot fudge sundae in years! It was very attractively presented with a huge amount of whipped cream topped with a cherry plus since it was Easter, a "peeps" bunny was added. Thankfully, the fudge and the ice cream portions were normal ones. Some candied pearls added a bit of crunch. I enjoyed every bit of that sundae. My husband's key lime pie also came with a huge amount of whipped cream that also had some candied pearls in it. He said it was one of the best key lime pies he's had. Also, he had a cappuccino which he said was well prepared. As a side note --- they do a brunch on the weekends that has a larger menu. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and were pleased with the service. We both used the bathroom where, instead of piped in music, there are piped in French lessons. They were amusing as they were teaching how to ask someone out on a date :) Would we go again? We both say "yes".”

“Chanell was our waitress today! She did a fantastic job. Very attentive and timed the appetizer and main perfectly. She was patient and informative when we had questions. The quality of the food was good, but for the price we paid I was expecting a little bit more. The seafood fettuccine tasted great, but there was only one shrimp that was cut up. Both the shrimp pieces and scallops were dry. Otherwise a great dish. My fiancée had the lobster bisque and truffle mac and cheese. For the latter, definitely box pasta and was lacking truffle.”
“The pulled pork was an experience to eat incredibly how good it was, the macaroni had the perfect amount of cheese and the fries were out of this world. Thank you.”
“Great food and good service!!! I sat at the bar and was served by Nicy. Nicy was great! Super quick service and excellent, thoughtful service. I love coming here when I'm at DCA.Highly recommend the blackened chicken with the asparagus side.”
“Copperwood is great. The food is good. They usually have good beer and wines to choose from. Go during happy hour and sit in the bar area. Other than that the food is overpriced as is much of Shirlington, probably why so many restaurants close.”
“First time back since COVID. Really love it, but I wish they would make sure the food was hot, not warm, when it arrives. Also, make sure the food is covered when it is delivered. The salad should be covered, too. They need a better system when it comes to people waiting for tables. Cookies from the Double Tree should be an option with a scoop of ice cream as the dessert. The desserts on the menu were not fresh. It was still the same as before, but my girls and I had fun.”
“Freddy was an amazing waiter!! He answered all our questions and was super nice! The fruit bowl is amazing!!! We wanted to know what kind of fruit bowl it was (iykyk) and he did the most to make sure we had the best! Thank you, Freddy!!!!”
“This is the first review I have written for a restaurant because I had never received such excellent service.I ordered an egg white omelette with ham and cheese. The omelette was okay.

“Amazing food that's tasty and healthy! Service was quite memorable and staff were pleasant to speak with. Parking is near by as well and was free at the time. Would definitely do this again!”
“This place is TERRIFIC!! Small and easy to miss on a corner shopping lot, but not to be missed. The crispy tuna appetizer is out of this world and the specialty rolls I've had are also terrific. I had the pleasure of sitting at the sushi counter today and one of the chefs made these little wontons as a treat-- SO AMAZING. Wonderful beer and sake selection. This is worth coming from DC for!”
“Great portion sizes for the price and delicious food! Highly recommend the Arepas or Buritto - many great choices and flavors. We will be frequenting this place!”
“I was lucky enough to get a pre-opening preview of this business tonight. And I was blown away. The place is beautiful, and Megan and Sean are so hospitable and so knowledgeable about wine. I always thought of myself as someone who couldn't tell the difference between acceptable wine and anything better, until Megan poured me a glass of Beaujolais. Amazing.”
“Decided to try this new Panera in Ballston for lunch - staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in, directing me to the counter for my mobile takeout order. Food was perfect, everything in my order was there and tasted great! Just for awareness, this location does seem to be more catered for to-go orders (not much seating inside)”
