“During our visit to Washington, our family had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the atmosphere — the interior breathes history, with the establishment dating back to 1946. We spent quite some time admiring the vintage photographs and décor, which allowed us to truly feel the soul of the place.

An elderly gentleman who served us was incredibly kind and welcoming, patiently helping us choose from the menu. We ordered delicious pasta and mozzarella sticks — everything was full of flavor and very reasonably priced.

This restaurant is a true gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. A warm, authentic, and memorable experience.“

“My friend and I were in town for this past weekend and ended up here multiple nights. They definitely treat you like family here. We met Marte, danced with Jamal and just had a great experience from the wings and fries was delicious, the orange mint vanilla hookah was amazing, drinks were great and fairly priced. We stayed at an air b&b up the road and we could walk to this spot. We were supposed to go back yesterday but we were too tired as we kicked it multiple days til the wee hours. “This place looked good so we wanted to give it a try. We got the pollo saltado (chicken with red onion and fries in a tasty sauce with rice) and pesto lomo (beef with spaghetti in a basil pesto). Both were served with garlic bread, and both were delicious. I asked for the chicken to be without tomatoes. Unfortunately it was served with tomatoes, but Geraldine apologized and quickly replaced it with no tomatoes. We also tried the raspberry cola inglesa (yum) and flancocho - a chocolate / vanilla-ish (?) cake that was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but the food and menu seemed very authentic. 100% Peruvian according to them... Our bill said "Hot and cold" so maybe it's their partner?“

“First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, strong and inexpensive. The food was even better. Definitely a favourite of mine when I want a good drink and some food with it. I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me.
