“Your beef steaks have a lot to be desired. Visiting from a state that grows a lot of beef your steaks are served just barely warm in the center with a slit sear on the outside. Unacceptable for a 40 dollar steak. I can't recommend your restaurant for a steak“

“We were absolutely thrilled to work with Jess at Moreland’s Tavern for our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks. Jess was fantastic from start to finish, helping us create the perfect event and menu while staying within our budget. The upstairs of the restaurant was set up beautifully for our party, complete with a photo slideshow of us playing on the TVs, which added a nice personal touch. The dinner was delicious, and our rehearsal dinner guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the roasted chicken was! After the sit-down dinner, Jess and her team seamlessly transitioned the space into a more casual area where the rest of our guests could mix and mingle, complete with an open bar and light snacks. The bartenders, Jess and Max, were absolute pros—our guests certainly kept them busy and they did an amazing job keeping us and everyone happy throughout the night. “We went there 3 evenings in a row. Bar at the top, waiter on Wednesday at the top, waitress on Thursday at the top. On the other hand, the waitress on Friday evening, a STÉPHANIE H, no smile and not pleasant. Too bad for the bar. We will not return for 4 evenings.“

“Live nearby and happy to see what replaced our previous favorite Ethiopian (Nanas) was even better. Fantastic setup for a hookah bar, intimate lighting with full bar seating or couches. Extremely friendly and attentive service at a very competitive price. The vegetarian platter was enough to feed 3 of us and was one of best Ethiopian dishes we’ve had in DC, having tried many. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This place looked good so we wanted to give it a try. We got the pollo saltado (chicken with red onion and fries in a tasty sauce with rice) and pesto lomo (beef with spaghetti in a basil pesto). Both were served with garlic bread, and both were delicious. I asked for the chicken to be without tomatoes. Unfortunately it was served with tomatoes, but Geraldine apologized and quickly replaced it with no tomatoes. We also tried the raspberry cola inglesa (yum) and flancocho - a chocolate / vanilla-ish (?) cake that was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but the food and menu seemed very authentic. 100% Peruvian according to them... Our bill said "Hot and cold" so maybe it's their partner?“

“First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, strong and inexpensive. The food was even better. Definitely a favourite of mine when I want a good drink and some food with it. I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me. The staff were quick and attentive which was really good since the place was a bit crowded. Easy to get too ... right off of 210. Check it out if you haven't.“

“You can't just walk up to the Front Porch and be seated. You first have to go to one of the sister restaurants next door, ask to be seated at the Front Porch, then they'll escort you back to the Front Porch. It's a little strange and we watched many succumb to this unnecessary back and forth.We all enjoyed our meals. The smash burgers were especially amazing! The menu felt a little limited in terms of selections, which is why two of us ended up choosing the burgers in the first place.All in all, a decent experience.“

“The ladies here are ALWAYS on their game. Best fried chicken in DC; Tina is a phenom! Tomeka and Ratika are amazing drink slingers and the views just CAN'T be beat. The new enclosure will be a huge boon when the sun trades out for wetter weather.

“I went at noon and it was not crowded at all, and it was quiet, a big bonus for me these days. No loud music and people shouting in order to converse over it. The food was very good, very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for Asian fusion cuisine and sushi.“

This is also an officially sponsored Buffalo Bills bar, unfortunately no table breaking lol. No issues occurred while I went on a Saturday night when it started getting busy. Overall I would recommend you check out if you're looking for music, a dance floor and drinks. Can't remember if they had a DJ though, but the music mix was good.“
