“Went there with my family since two of us are gluten sensitive. Healthy food served in a warm atmosphere, with fun variety beyond your standard Indian Restaurant. Fast service, Easy to eat gluten free with many choices, and reasonable prices. Definitely a favorite of mine and one kid, so it is pretty darn good. Ate here two days in a row!!!

Owner is super friendly and provides his availability on Instagram on a daily basis. Food is super yummy and I wish I could stop by more often. Vegetarian sides are super flavorful, and the spicy sauce is as well.“

There is no smash burger in the whole dmv that compares. Perfectly crispy patties that are still melt in your mouth goodness. Perfect toppings to bun ratio. I wish I could eat this everyday. Never going to another burger spot again I found my home base 🤲🏼

“LOVE this place and probably won't ever be satisfied with a gyro anywhere else. They give you plenty of meat, and not only is it always fresh, the pita is always delicious and soft. Top that off with the enormous portion you get! It's easily enough to split with two people. I always take home my gryo and finish the second half as another meal. Service can't be beat. The place is owned and run by natives to the cuisine - which means delicious, authentic food each time. I took my brother for a visit, and he was raving about it for days afterward. A little out-of-the-way for me, but totally worth the drive!“

“I came to Arlington for a business trip from Atlanta. I've been to the Ballston Food Court several times since I visit frequently. First time at Hal & Als and I ordered the brisket sandwich. the cashier who I assume is the owner was telling me about who he learned to make ribs from down in Atlanta. he was so hospitable too. he asked me to let him know what I thought. I completely forgot. everything was great. halal BBQ is a little different but it blew me away. I'll def revisit when I'm in Arlington again.“

“It was a nice afternoon so we sat outside on their patio for lunch. The patio is nice, aesthetic and the inside decor is modern with a nice vibe. Service was friendly and the menu had a lot of good options, especially for apps… we wanted to make room for our main entrees… But failed we ordered the cheese sticks and they were delicious!

We came for their mixed grill and it did not disappoint! The meat was flavorful and tender plus presentation is always a plus for me. I loved the rack they served it on. The lamb was my favorite. My husband opted for the chicken shawarma. And he was very happy with his choice.

We would definitely return! There are more things on the menu I’d like to try.“

“We were visiting DC and wanted a quick bite late in the night. The food is absolutely delicious. The chicken kebabs melts in your mouth. The pita bread is fresh and hummus is delicious. The food was great that we decided to take out next day as well. Highly recommend the place.“

“I love the food. Each location a little different from the other. Food so far has been better than the service. I usually get take out/togo but this time I ate in the restaurant. The first time that I did a build your own bowl, I felt like I had been shorted because my bowl didn’t have as much as some of the other customers bowls who had ordered their prefixed bowls. The second time I went, I asked for two scoops of hummus, two scoops of spicy hummus, two scoops of Greek yogurt and I asked for extra egg plant. They pretty much gave me what I asked for, and I only had one serving of their protein, but filled my bowl up with other things., I was able to eat that over the course of the day.“

With its spices and garlicky flavor, it really hit the mark! We then placed orders for the Chicken Kabab and the Dry Fried Soman noodles with beef. Both were spicely complex and absolutely delicious! “I can't say enough about my experience at Mezeh. I ordered catering for 25 people about a year ago, and everything was perfect - the customer service, the delivery, the food quality, the portions, etc. Everything was really wonderful.
Fast forward to this year (and because I had such a great experience the first time), I didn't think twice about ordering from them again for my 60-person event this past Saturday. I planned this event, so there were a lot of details to keep track of...and as such, I missed a big detail: I made a mistake on the date for the delivery. “The best Kabob I have ever had, whenever I want a kabob I travel from Silver Spring MD to be able to have it, where I live there is no kabob like this with that incredible flavor that makes it unique. We are a family of Latinos who love this food. In every bite you feel the love with which the food was prepared.“

“These service workers deal with a lot. If you’re kind and direct to them, they will give you the same energy. It’s a hard job - don’t trust the reviews dogging the employees service skills here.

This is one of the most nutrient rich options at DCA. As a consultant that travels a decent amount, I’m really happy it’s here. I love the lamb, arugula, spinach, and various sides. I wish they carried harissa (not just harissa dressing) but I understand you cannot have it all at an airport.

“Ravi is my favorite DC-area food spot and I've been coming here for 20 years. The chickpeas and the bread stand out because both are "commodity" dishes that Ravi has managed to do them both better than anyone else does. My friends and I have been to many Pakistani restaurants between DC and NY and this is by far the best one we have experienced. The clientele come from all over the world and the late night dining makes this a clutch option after a night out as well as a great experience during Ramadan. This place is all about the food, so forget about service and aesthetics.“
