The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. I purchased a bottle of water, Gatorade and appetizer French fries. The food came out very quickly, and the food was fresh, hot and very tasty. “Some of the best halal I've ever had. I've been coming here for over a decade. The owner is an incredibly kind man, the food is delicious, and the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend. In case it's not obvious, this is a food cart, so there's no seating. That's not a negative, just something to keep in mind if you're coming for the first time.“

It's a giant mass of black ink illustration that is way too busy visually, with a teeny tiny name underneath in a hard to read font when you're driving by on a busy road. The name should be VERY PROMINENT from the street. I drove by twice before figuring it out.“

“Delicious smash burgers and shakes! Got the classic (as a lettuce wrap) and the jalepeno with oreo milkshake and cheese fries. The fries come unseasoned - but they have a seasoning station to add it yourself - always measure with your heart!
If you want the fries I recommend just getting the regular fries.“

“I eat at Grill Kabob regularly and it’s consistently good. My go-to order is the chicken platter with rice and chickpeas. The chicken is always well-seasoned, tender, and grilled perfectly. The rice is flavorful and the chickpeas are a great addition that make the meal even more satisfying. The portions are generous and the food always tastes fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m craving a solid kabob plate.“

First time at Hal & Als and I ordered the brisket sandwich. the cashier who I assume is the owner was telling me about who he learned to make ribs from down in Atlanta. he was so hospitable too. he asked me to let him know what I thought. I completely forgot. everything was great. halal BBQ is a little different but it blew me away. I'll def revisit when I'm in Arlington again.“

“Best way to describe it is as an Indian inspired - chipotle, noodles &co, poke place, etc. choose one or more proteins, carbs, veggies, toppings, sauces.

It allows for a variety of combinations that one should find very satisfying. The portion size was pretty good and the value was also very good but consider the high rent location you are in and take that into account. Restaurants in that general area by the convention center are “expense account joints”. I was glad they were there when I just wanted to take my time and eat something satisfying in a quiet place.“
