“Firstly, I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this establishment. I have been eating here for over 15 years now and this is hands down the best place to eat in the food court. It takes 10-15 minutes on an average for the kebabs because they’re made to order and not just microwaved like many other restaurants that have come and gone. Try the Indian restaurant next to Chick Filet and you’ll know. You get chick peas, rice, fresh salad and a freshly baked naan bread with the order. The staff is incredibly courteous and polite. I haven't tried everything so far, but the Kitfo is definitely my favourite! Most tables were reserved for an event that afternoon, but when we told her we could be out before then, she seated us and brought out the menus. We ordered using the QR code on the menus, as that was the only option. I will say, that was the only thing I didn't like. I have having to use my phone for everything and wished I could've ordered in person and paid in person. And then the tip part was unclear and it chose the tip for us (18%). That felt kinda weird...what if I wanted to leave more? But that feels like the same complaint, having to order on my phone.Anyway, besides those 2 things, everything else was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty, and was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiter was quick to bring out water and refills. Dina was sweet and chatted with us just the right amount. It was super quiet, so not sure how the vibe is on a Friday or Saturday night. When we paid, the waitress (who I think may have been the owner?) arrived with a ipad where we simply tapped our credit cards and put in a tip. NGL, I like to tip in cash, so I preemptively took out my cash to show the waitress I was not going to forget tipping her, all the while I tapped "no tip" - even though I did tip her! Haha.
