Highly recommend Bostan Uyghur! We started out by ordering the Eggplant Salad as an appetizer. It came out nice and warm fresh from the stove! With its spices and garlicky flavor, it really hit the mark! We then placed orders for the Chicken Kabab and the Dry Fried Soman noodles with beef. Both were spicely complex and absolutely delicious! Have to make another visit soon!
Great food! We really liked everything that we ordered: lamb kebab, the polo (pictured), and the goshnan. Our absolutely favorite was the cold skin noodles (good portion as well).
We ordered chicken and lamb skewers and dry fried beef somen. It was amazing, and we loved each thing. Especially great that this place offers halal food. Would highly recommend.
