I love the food here! They have new sandwiches and dishes rolling out semi-regularly. It's a great mix of Sichuan and a great chicken sandwich. If you are afraid of spice I think the Hot Boy spice level is not too spicy at all! Just be warned it is a play off of nashville hot chicken sandwiches so the sandwiches are wetter than your average chicken sandwich. Easily the best fried chicken in the area. They use a blend of Sichuan and Nashville hot chicken spices so the chicken is flavorful and can be extremely spicy if you choose. I consider myself to be very good with spice and I consider the top 2 options to be too spicy. Warning: the flippin hot is flippin hot but tasty nonetheless. The chicken is very moist and absorbs the spices well. Be prepared with something to help dilute the spice. Fries were a little salty and the bread was appreciated but not entirely necessary. Also, the wait was a bit long.
