The food is honestly the star here. Their handmade, create-your-own pizzas are delicious, with fresh toppings and a one-of-a-kind taste that sets them apart from your usual pizza spots. Everything came out hot and exactly how I wanted it.

Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was polite, helpful, and made the experience even better. The place was also very clean, which I always appreciate. As a Muslim, I love having a halal pizza spot like this that delivers both on quality and service.

My husband works near the Falls Church location and their wings do not hit the same. These are on another level. I also love their kimchi and pickled radish. So fresh every time. The food is so good every time we order from here. I didn’t realize they do karaoke on Thursdays. Even though we ordered takeout, they offered to let us sing a song! Vibes were immaculate. Food is even better.“

“I visited Ledo Pizza off of Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA on a Friday, 02/21 for lunch with my girlfriend. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we received A+ service from one of the managers, Thomas. Thomas greeted us with a warm, upbeat attitude to kick off a pleasant, relaxed and fun dining experience. After receiving our beverage order, he quickly and correctly took our food order with a smile. Our food was prepared pretty fast. We ordered a calzone, cheesy bread and salad which were delicious. Thomas periodically checked on us and refreshed our drinks while joking with us — keeping a smile on our faces. He even informed us that the menu will be changing in the near future and that they are the only Ledo that delivers. He cares about the company and the customer experience. He is also very knowledgeable about the menu and company. Although Thomas suggested food delivery, I will definitely return because of his great customer service and professionalism.“

Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. “I go here most of the time if I want pizza from Papa John's. This time Im a little disappointed. I placed an order the day before but eating leftovers the following morning, when I was basically just about done eating the whole slice, I felt something in my mouth when I pulled the pizza slice back. It was a strand of hair (disgusting) I ate almost 5 pizza slice in total (large pizza) just to find a strand of hair in the pizza slice. I wasn't able to get intouch with a supervisor so I called customer care to file a complaint. Manager Alex responded immediately and was able to credit the order back to the credit card I used.“
